5 /5 Heather H: Customer service was amazing. Our dog had intestinal upset and we needed a very limited ingredient option (chicken and rice), the employee was able to give us options. We purchased the recommended brand (kibble and wet canned). Our dog loved it and improved quickly. We also needed help with cat products in the past and good great recommendations.

5 /5 Johnson Allysa (Ally): Our family lives down here so we tend to visit twice a year. We always shop at this pet store because the prices are great, there’s always a deal somewhere. The brands they carry are generally ones I like to recommend to other pet parents; Origen, Stella & chewy, primal, and so many more. The staff is always a great interaction. They’re sure to point out deals, talk to me about brands or help with uncertainties. Today we were lucky and got some extra treats from staff in celebration of St. Pattys. This stay we used their self service bathing area and I believe it was $15 per dog. They have shampoos and a conditioner available for you to use as well as towels and a dryer. The dryer is rather weak, a step above an at home hair dryer so if you have double coated dogs it will definitely take you a while to dry them but I appreciate the option being there during the winter months. I’ll be sure to post this review in two places so that people know just so people know they should shop here!
