A R Technician cut 5 of my cuticles and ripped one of my nails off the nail bed. My cuticles are still sore and bleeding 24 hours later. Update: nails/polish are chipping off 3 days later. Very disappointed.

Ariana Monique Got my nails done here for the first time. Theyre amazing. Im so in love! Theyre extra long, gel stilleto nails with magnetic nail polish for only $40. I also get my eyebrows done here perfectly for $6. Definitely recommend!

Ann, the nail technician, was incredibly friendly and attentive. She executed my nail requests perfectly and ensured my comfort. The attached photo serves as evidence. I also subscribe to the belief that kindness begets kindness. Ill definitely return and specifically request Ann for my next nail appointment.

Kaela Bain This is my favorite nail salon I’ve ever been to. They are soo nice, make you feel comfortable and relaxed, not like other places where it’s the total opposite. And they do the BEST work. I’ve never loved my nails soo much! The last time I went I got French tip with pink and white (gel on my natural nails) and they looked sooo good. Literally the best white tip nails I’ve ever had. And a pedi also white tip that I loved, and I loved my pedi it was so relaxing and the scrub she used on my legs left them feeling sooo smooth. And I loved that she really scrubbed my feet and got the dry skin off, always appreciate that! My feet were so soft after. Andy did my nails and when I went back a second time I’m so glad he did them again. That’s what pictures I’m adding. I hadn’t got acrylics in 3 years (since an accident where I had to have 2 fingers amputated). Thought it would look funny, but it doesn’t! :’) And I was doing a photoshoot (newly married) so I wanted to have nice nails. And I’m so glad Andy did them because I absolutely loved them. They were nice and crisp, perfect shape, perfect color, super natural looking, everything just perfect. I’ve never felt comfortable about my right hand since the surgery so this is is the first time I’ve ever actually felt good about it, that’s how pretty I think my nails are :’) I would have never imagined I’d feel this way again. Super thankful. I appreciate Andy and his amazing work and how nice he is too. He really makes sure everything is perfect. And holly is so nice too, everyone is. Anddd the prices are so affordable. Can’t recommend this nail salon enough :)

Maribel Coleman I recently this nail salon for the first time, even though I’ve used Google to find nail salons before, this was the first time they popped up. To my surprise, I learned they’ve been around for about six years! Natalie did my pedicure, and let me tell you—she got in there! She removed so much from my feet and gave me several incredible massages throughout the service. It felt amazing. Bo did my nails and suggested a cat-eye design that turned out stunning—possibly one of my favorite set ever. Both Bo and Natalie were incredibly kind, professional, and respectful. They made the entire experience so enjoyable, and I really appreciated their sweetness and attention to detail. I’ll absolutely be coming back to see these two wonderful ladies again. Highly recommend!

Leahandra Rios Luxurious Nails & Spa has gotten redone. Lori does my pedicure and T (owner) has been doing my nails for over 10 years! This place is clean, vibrant and all around just a great place to unwind.While getting the best service. I recommend the Lychee Aloe spa pedicure (smells AMAZING) which comes with a salt scrub, detox masque, and massage butter. I always add my callus remover!

Dee I typically do not write reviews but my experience here was a bad one. Lori has done my toes off and on for years. Love her. She does a perfect job. But today I took a chance and did my hands too. The lady who answers the calls and scheduled Apts did my nails and the entire time it felt rushed. She did everything fast and took calls every few minutes. No exaggeration. It took 2 hours to do a simple french manicure because of the amount of times she stopped to take calls n texts. The nails look terrible. Lots of dried powder stick to my skin. These were engagement picture nails and I hate them. The look extremely pale in color. Not clean white at all. I dont like to make a scene so I just said I didnt like them. Paid my 93 dollars and left. Will never be back.

Charise UPDATE: I’ve been coming here and only here for about 3 years now. They just remodeled! And it looks AMAZINGGGG!!! They take such good care of the clients as long as you communicate what you want and like. I will still only come here for my manis and pedis! Okay so I have come here for about 1.5 years straight. They are amazing! I’ve even brought my friends here for pedicures for their birthdays, and my boyfriend and 6 year old son got pedicures here too. T and Cece are amazing manicurists and are extremely skilled in artistry. They do an amazing job of getting out ingrown toenails pain free, even for my 6 year old. I will only come here!!! If you see something you like, bring a picture and they’ll recreate it! ☺️☺️ 5 stars for sure!

The selection of scents for the soaking bath was fantastic, and the massage was heavenly. My feet felt rejuvenated after the exfoliation and moisturizing treatment. It was the perfect touch for our girls day out—enjoying a glass of Champagne while getting pampered truly elevated the experience. I treated myself to the regular deluxe pedicure (absolutely worth it!), my mom got a classic manicure, and my aunt chose a regular French pedicure with just a $10 upgrade. We all left with stunning nails! *However, I do want to mention that while my mom’s male technician did a good job with her manicure, his customer service was lacking. Which too away from the experience. I would recommend looking for another technician for a more personable experience. Overall, we had a wonderful time and I highly recommend for a complete top-notch nail salon experience—just be mindful of who you book with.

I took my four year old daughter and they were so attentive of her needs as well. I couldn’t recommend it any more.

Dee Robbins I really loved going to this salon. I was a regular customer going faithfully every other week. I’m starting to notice inconsistency in the prices for my nails. I keep my nails short and I usually pay $35 for my fills. This past time I was charged more and I did not get anything extra. I notice that they do not have a price list posted for their services. I truly believe that they make up prices as they go. One visit your nails are $35 another time they charge you $40+. It’s honestly sad that they do this to loyal customers. For the most part, they do a really great job on my nails and feet. I just got a bad vibe when the guy behind the register charged me more for my basic nails. I usually always tip, but this particular time I did not tip. They’re either adding in their own tip, or being dishonest and overcharging customers. It would be nice if they had a price list posted for customers to see what they charge. Unfortunately, I have decided not to go back. I am now on the hunt for an HONEST salon to do my nails.

Andrea F I use to be a regular but I got tired of the straight attitude by one of the Ladies there. Unfortunately and for whatever reason every time I go they have her help me. I assume cause I dont have an appt so walk ins beware. But I actually stopped coming for 2 months, so today I thought lets give them another chance and sure enough Im pared with the grouch. She sees obviously mold on my nail and as always hurts me yells then points at my nail. I see the mold and any smart technician would see this an advise a acrylic removal with acetone she wanted to drill it off I asked her not too and got upset. I wanted to pay to have them removed in a manner it wouldnt hurt me and she got mad upset an attitude. Then said I remember you and put her hand up at my face. Worse service ever, the nails arent even good I went just for the sticker variety. But honestly dont go here not worth your time or money. You will leave with INFECTION.

Astrid I was in a time crunch and went to this place to have my lifting dip powder polish removed and to have regular polish applied. I like the color of these nails, but the service was very rushed and nails are not well done. It wasnt very busy when I came in yesterday, and I asked to have the dip powder polish removed and to have regular polish. The start of the manicure went well, but it went downhill when I asked for a ballerina tip shape for my nails. The nail tech told me "no," and I was disappointed as I like that shape and had it done on short nails before. The electric filing was effective but harsh on some fingers. The soaking water was luke-warm, but nothing to fuss over too much. I picked my color, which matched the swatch to the T, and noticed as she applied it that she kept looking at the two new customers entering the salon. The painting got sloppier, and I felt rushed. The final nail on the coffin was watching the nail tech apply a gel top coat. I requested regular polish, and so I was expecting regular polish for all coats. At the end of my service the nail tech asked if I could move seats while my nails were still curing so that she could tend to a different client. I received no cuticle oil and just a "be careful" warning for my nails. As of now chipping has occurred on some nails. I did not tip, and I almost did not want to pay. Im aware that polish removal and regular polish application is simple to experienced nail techs, and so I can understand that it would be a quick session. However, the rushing, dismissal, and slapdash is what made this usual treat an unsavory experience. 09/07/24 Update: The old dip powder polish wasnt removed completely. I have a third picture showing the aftermath of removing the polish.

Emily Tyson This is my go to for my nails. They have never messed up or given me any kind of bad attitude. My nails always come out even, exact shape I want, and if I want any kind of design, it always looks great. Highly recommend coming here if you want any kind of design for your nails.

Sandra Rodriguez The place is very clean that’s why I decided to enter. I got a pedi and that was great. However, they didn’t tell me that some cream they used was an additional $10. They should say is extra. I only asked for a regular pedi nothing extra! Then I got a mani and the stylist cut my finger. It bled for a while and I didn’t even get color bc my finger wouldn’t stop bleeding n I had to leave. I will not return.

Alexis Harrell Waited over 30 minutes for a pedicure. No one informed me that it would be that long of a wait. The owner was EXTREMELY rude while giving a pedicure to another customer. She was rolling her eyes at her and was aggressively filing her toenails. She also grew angry when the lady didn’t want to buy a toe treatment. Will NEVER go back to this shop.

Jasmine Alexis I came here because I previously had a really good experience with Kathy. Today I brought my partner in expecting a positive experience and was deeply disappointed. The ladies that took on our pedicure did not seem enthused at all. The lady who did my pedicure barely buffed or filed my nails and it showed once she started to paint them. They were really bumpy and uneven and in need of filing. My feet look dry and she barely put a pumice to my feet. It was a one two up and down stroke and she was done. As for my partner, we paid for the men’s pedicure which is significantly more expensive and he asked for white wine, nothing sweet and was given a mimosa. The man that was in here prior to us was still receiving a massage when my partners was already finishing up. It clearly states, 20 minute massage. I’m supposed to be paying $90 for my feet and hands and was offered nothing to drink, powder was left all over my clothes and not even an attempt was made to wipe me off. I’m really disappointed that I’m spending so much money for a very terrible experience and that my last good experience means nothing now.

Lovelylady2324 I got a basic pedicure with a matte finish. On two of the toe nails needed repaired because they had cracked. Simple file down and add acrylic right?! Well two additional ladies came over and started laughing and speaking in their native language all while telling me "Its a learning lesson" Then what is so funny? Isnt repairing a nail something you shouldve learned while getting your certificate/nail tech license?! What I got done was simple and did not require an audience! I paid my tab but NO TIP for you!

Sherdellah Anunciado Always love coming here! If you want to save some money, set your expectations and get cash. They do charge an extra 3% service fee for credit cards. Otherwise, the services, decorative facilities, and staff are all worth it! They are always clean, the staff is courteous and friendly, the bathroom is super cute and they have special drink options in their packages. Every technician Ive had on a walk in is always good. They dont rush and they ask for your name. Some also take venmo tips! Always recommend this place to my friends and family.

pricella Cervantes They did a great job the first time I came to this place for a pedicure. I came back for another pedicure and a full set yesterday and the nail technician could not get the right shape, the design was crooked and she kept hurting me with the tool she used to shape my nails. Before she even got started, I showed her a picture of what I wanted my nails to look like and she said she could do it. After being in the salon for three hours, I was still unhappy with the work she had done so I asked for a $20 discount because I have to go get these nails fixed somewhere else. I spoke with the manager over the phone to see if they could fix my nails free of charge but she said I had to pay $55 and they can get the nails done the way I wanted. What a waste of money and time. Never again!

Abril Victoria im litterally getting a pedicure right now no color. $21 pedicure. the tub had a plastic wrap and had clean tools. the massage chairs are great and the timed massage that she gave me was amazing. my friend in the other hand got just as great! $5 extra to remove the gel but the attention she got was just as great 2 different people and great pedicure experiences. definitely coming back.

jackyly dayto Love the customer service. They made sure that I wasnt in pain during the removal of previous acrylic and made sure that I wasnt uncomfortable during the cleaning. I got exactly what I wanted for my full set. This shop is 10/10 worth the money for pedicure as well. They gave the longest massage which is really nice. Quality and Service is worth every penny.
