1 /5 Lillian Huerta: I have been getting my pedicures with Alice for two years at this location. She is amazing. If you need a pedicure, I highly recommend her. I am giving a 1 star because the owner is rude, mean to her workers, condescending to the customers, and does not care about the customer request. I was convinced by the owner, her name is Te, to start doing powder nails. The first few times were fine because I was doing black nails, but I did not like that she would rush the service and was constantly answering calls and simultaneously doing other customer nails. Sometimes, she would mess up because of this, and she would get mad if I pointed out the uneven nails, the powder that would be stuck to my skin, and the thickness. I should have stopped using her services at this point.
When the holidays came, I wanted white with sparkles. The first two times, she accommodated my request, but after that, she started to do whatever she wanted. The first time, she gave me pink nails despite my request for the white sparkly nails. I cried because I dislike the color pink but I paid for the service anyway. The second time I showed her a picture of the original white nails with sparkles (which she did) but again she decided to do them pink. I was so sad I told her I did not feel it was fair to pay for the nails this time. She became upset and told me I was no longer allowed in her nail shop. This is unfortunate as I was never interested in powder nails. I was only a customer here for the pedicures Alice provides. It is very disheartening that I will no longer get to do my pedicures with Alice.
