D G Juan is extremely rude in his emails if you question him at all. If price is no object to you and you like to be lectured, by all means, Juan is the agent for you. I quote Juan: "If price is one of your priorities, I would simply advise you to keep the set up you currently have;..." I went with another Farmers agent who was professional and provided me with the coverage I needed. I do NOT recommend Juan to anyone.

Tina Carlile This is one of the worst insurance companies Ive ever experienced. Three separate occasions 2 different vehicles,I was unable to reach Anyone. At least 24hr roadside assistance answered with recorded message,"Im sorry our office is closed . please call back during off hours " the other recording led me automated recordings ending with request name of auto business name ? No other options. Third and final numbers provided was fax machine sounds then disconnected.. .when complaining I was told I didnt call correctly on only 3 numbers provided by them ??? Then actually said I was mistaken....

danko guzman I have been using Bolt insurance for over 2 years now and its an amazing insurance. What it really attracted me to bolt insurance was the fact that I needed to have a SR 22 at that time, every quote I had from any other insurance companies was over $190... I was desperado cause I couldnt afford that much. I decide to give them a call to get an estimate, bolt insurance quoted me $85. Yeah!.. More than a $100 dlls less for the exact same coverage was quoted form the other insurance companies . Now i would never go anywhere else, also love that I can go into the local branch and get everything I need from a real person and I dont have to do it over the phone if I do not want to. The service is always amazing . I would recommend this to anyone!…

Sarah Moody Overall this is a good business setup. There is a fee to pay in cash or by card, even if you are in person which is why I give 3 stars instead of 5. I have tried paying on the website and using the app but it tells me my insurance policy doesnt exist. They give a 14 day grace period for late payments which comes in handy during this pandemic!
