V Fuller Though I was unable to go with this company (not their fault but simply the insurance policy didnt match my needs), I was provided stellar customer service by both Marianne Koenig (7/24/25) and Daren (7/28/25). Marianne provided the original quote, then upon finding that it was my first time with fire insurance and I was struggling, she took the time to explain things clearly. Finally someone took the time to go over acronyms and explain the different types of insurances!!! I felt taken care of and supported. mexicanstunts Insurance is good. But I don’t know why they have office hours 9 to 6pm if no one is there. I’ve gone multiple times and more than half the times no one is there and there is sign on door that says “be back in 2 hours” or it will be Thursday at 3pm and there’s a sign that says “be back Monday” like what’s point of office hours?

Amanda Owen Very disappointing service from an agent of at least 15 years. Was quoted $1300 a month (with a witness that heard it) to add my son who newly got his permit. Make it make sense, it doesnt work that way. When my policy was canceled, my confirmation email was "accidently" sent to someone else. I mean, someone who has been doing this for this long should know what shes doing and not have to outsource her information but here we are.
