Jack Hayes Have been with this office at least a decade. I bought a new vehicle and traded in my old one. I just wanted to add the new and remove the old. Sent and email with new VIN and details. No response. Sent another email the next day, no response. Called and left messages, no response, called the Call center, was on for 10 minutes and they disconnected me. Called back again, they couldnt get through to his office. Sent another email saying I had to call another company as I needed insurance on my car, no response. Finally a week later I called the Call center again to check and see if they cancelled my policy, NOPE. She cancelled for me. Done with Allstate thanks to Dudley

Briana Hernandez Very disappointed in there customer service, I had asked for a quote for my business insurance before Dec. 25 and yet still have not received no updates or phone call from there office. I reached out 2 weeks later and the receptionists mentioned Israel should get back to me. Still to this day he has not reached out. I have experience working at an insurance company and I know what its like to give good customer service. It should not take more than 2-3 weeks to get a quote on an existing policy, let alone give an update to your customer about what is going on. Another thing, it seems that Israel is the only one in charge of business policies. I would have not mind if another person from there office assisted in this request as well, but very disappointed. Glad I am cancelling my policy! If I could leave 0 stars, I would.

Kelly Ringue This company seemed like they are good upfront, but then they drop the ball. I requested a workers comp quote for months to no avail. I have been with them for years. My workers comp policy was dropped, from the 3rd party they obtained it from ans they never notified me. So then my license was suspended. I then still went with them and they couldnt get me even a new quote for 2 months now. I am fed up with their lack of professionalism. I mean we are talking about my wellbeing how I pay my bills and feed my family. Iam disgusted with their lack of effort for a 4 year plus client of theirs. If I were you I would find another broker.
