    Briana Hernandez: Very disappointed in there customer service, I had asked for a quote for my business insurance before Dec. 25 and yet still have not received no updates or phone call from there office. I reached out 2 weeks later and the receptionists mentioned Israel should get back to me. Still to this day he has not reached out. I have experience working at an insurance company and I know what its like to give good customer service. It should not take more than 2-3 weeks to get a quote on an existing policy, let alone give an update to your customer about what is going on. Another thing, it seems that Israel is the only one in charge of business policies. I would have not mind if another person from there office assisted in this request as well, but very disappointed. Glad I am cancelling my policy! If I could leave 0 stars, I would.

Unfortunately, my policy was canceled without any notice or reason, and when trying to find out about the source of cancelation, I wasnt able to get a reason, not even from upper management. So I had to get insurance from a better brokerage company..

    joshua mathis: I initially chose AAA because they informed me I would be a great candidate for their auto insurance. As a young driver, I bundled my auto and home insurance under the belief that I was getting the best deal for my situation. Unfortunately, after getting into my first accident—which resulted in a total loss of my vehicle and a hospital stay—I was informed while still recovering in the hospital that AAA had incorrectly entered my date of birth. They had somehow mistaken my age as 91 instead of 22 by confusing my information with my grandmother’s. This clerical error caused my premium to triple, increasing from around $250 to nearly $600 per month. This news, delivered while I was hospitalized and dealing with physical injuries, added an enormous amount of financial and emotional stress. The incorrect rate increase forced me to find new insurance immediately just so I could purchase a replacement vehicle. I had only one day to car shop and secure coverage, all while still trying to heal. This situation could have been avoided entirely had proper attention been given to my account details. To AAA’s credit, their customer service representatives were consistently respectful and polite. However, the severity of this error and its timing significantly impacted my recovery, financial stability, and trust in the company. I cannot in good faith recommend AAA based on this experience. The mistake was egregious and avoidable, and it left a lasting negative impression.
