Tristan Pantoja Ive had nothing but repeated trouble with this insurance company. They hang up the phone out of the blue, especially when they supposedly have you on hold. The manager, Alejandra, in Long Beach CA actually yelled at me for asking why they charged me twice for the same policy and just simply said it was my fault for changing cars on my policy before it expired. They have also failed to cancel my policies in the past when I shop for a better providing using their services. In all, I have paid for over four months worth of policy premiums. Im sick of this company and have told them before that if they cant get their act together, Im going to find insurance elsewhere. They obviously dont care because they just canceled two of my policies without an explanation, not even a phone call. Thanks for wasting my time and money, Pronto.

Mohsin Haider They by far have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Instead of trying to help the lady that works there will call you to argue with you. She has very poor judgement. I had called to get insurance for my Toyota Tacoma. My vehicle had a clean history report and the car itself was in great condition. Using her extreme poor judgement this lady denied me full coverage. Her excuse was because I had a small scratch on my vehicle. Someone hit my car at 3 am with a stolen car and totaled my vehicle. I lost everything and it’s mostly due to this lady’s poor judgement. So please if you value your belongings and your money please do not deal with her. She speaks emotionally so please avoid

humberto garcia Literally everytime Ive come to pay my insurance this office is closed. Its a joke at this point. Dont waste your time coming to this one. Go to the one on Hesperian that ACTUALLY does have people inside during business hours. You guys need to adjust your hours on Google and or just close this place down since you cant keep it occupied. Real talk. We have better things to do than travel to multiple offices to catch you guys doing your job. Just close it, save all of your clients the headache.

Lynette Bradley Kimberly spent an hour on the phone with me one day and sent me an email with the form that she said I needed; when I reached back by text and phone for clarification on completing the form and specific questions regarding surrendering the policy, she didnt respond to my text messages and emails, which by way she stated was the best way to reach her. I called her office and was told she was busy that morning. To this very minute I have yet to hear back. I suspect she dropped off because there was no money to be made with my transaction, it was all processing paperwork. It appears that if its not money making or important to her, she simply doesnt feel the need to respond. Her lack of professionalism is cause for great concern. I would never recommend her to anyone, ever.
