I had called to get insurance for my Toyota Tacoma. My vehicle had a clean history report and the car itself was in great condition. Using her extreme poor judgement this lady denied me full coverage. Her excuse was because I had a small scratch on my vehicle. Someone hit my car at 3 am with a stolen car and totaled my vehicle. I lost everything and it’s mostly due to this lady’s poor judgement. So please if you value your belongings and your money please do not deal with her. She speaks emotionally so please avoid
