Nicky Thomas I am deeply disappointed with this Allstate office. I have been a policy holder for 20+ years. Up until the past year I have never filed a claim. A blown tire on 1 of my vehicles added an extra $100 per month to my monthly payment. Then in the following 6 months my policy jumped another $100 per month. Just renewed again only to discover it jumped $150 per month and the 1st 2 payments were taken out of my account close to $2000. I have tried calling numerous times only to get sent to an operator in south Africa. I called to let Thoms office know that my husband had passed away and I needed to remove his name from the policy. I was informed that because he passed away my insurance would go up another $300. ???. I am actively looking for new insurance.

Six months into our new insurance policy, we had a water main break under our building, Robert was the adjustor assigned to our claim. He educated me on the process, provided a list of the information he needed, and walked me through the entire process. A small portion of the cost of all of the damage was not covered, and he carefully explained in advance why that was. It felt like I was working with a teammate throughout the entire process; I am grateful for all of his help, and would recommend CIG to any of my colleagues in the future.
