She put me on hold couple times but let me know she was and let me know approximately how long Ill be waiting which was nice. Im very satisfied with Jiovanna. 1 /5 Tina Carlile: This is one of the worst insurance companies Ive ever experienced. Three separate occasions 2 different vehicles,I was unable to reach Anyone. At least 24hr roadside assistance answered with recorded message,"Im sorry our office is closed . please call back during off hours " the other recording led me automated recordings ending with request name of auto business name ? No other options. Third and final numbers provided was fax machine sounds then disconnected.. .when complaining I was told I didnt call correctly on only 3 numbers provided by them ??? Then actually said I was mistaken....

5 /5 Sasha Lipp: Not only was this place the most practical and inexpensive, the woman Jiovanna who helped me really was able to quickly create my profile and gave me the best price I have seen in awhile. I live in Chula Vista, California and the insurance here is crazy expensive and fluctuates up and up then down.....anyways I called so many places and this was the ABSOLUTE best. Jiovanna also worked though texting which to me is WAY better since Im so anti-social. :P..... THANK YOU PRONTO INSURANCE!! You Rock!!!!
