1 /5 D G: Juan is extremely rude in his emails if you question him at all. If price is no object to you and you like to be lectured, by all means, Juan is the agent for you. I quote Juan: "If price is one of your priorities, I would simply advise you to keep the set up you currently have;..." I went with another Farmers agent who was professional and provided me with the coverage I needed. I do NOT recommend Juan to anyone.

3 /5 Diego Guzman: Its average but I dont recommend it. They charge without prior notice. A towing service took 3 hours and they never arrived. This is my personal experience.
