3D 4D BABY MOBILE ULTRASOUNDS My son has been wanting a perm so I wanted to find a place that knew what he wanted because i sure didnt. Took my son here yesterday and right away I was introduced to Maribel to do my sons perm. She made my son feel comfortable on what he was getting. And boy was he happy. Followed up by his haircut was Eder who finished the final haircut touches! I give them 5 stars for customer service and haircut services

Gessenia Rivas I chose to come here after doing a lot of research in the salons in this area and Redlands based on reading their reviews. Eli did my consultation and we discussed how the changes would work out several days in advance. She was able to get my natural almost-black hair color to ashy blonde in 2.5 hours - including the lift, toning, cutting, and styling it. As for the bleaching, I did not lose any hair strands because she used Olaplex to protect it. She and the other girls are very good at time management and customer service. They’re all warm and friendly and knowledgeable! They worked together to manage their clientele while there. It’s easy to tell why they have many returning customers and now my husband and I will be one too!

Betty Del Castillo Everyone in this shop is super talented and very nice. I recently had my hair dyed with Elizabeth and the experience was very smooth. The price was unbeatable and the quality is great. I was feeling nervous of how my hair would react to dye since i have super thin hair and never use chemicals (because its so thin) but she assured me i was in god hands and i was. Cindy Padilla I didnt want to come in here and leave any bad reviews, but I had no option but to do so. Im feeling so down on my bad that my hair is at the moment. I came here because my in-law recommended this place. At the time, it was mothers Day, my birthday, my anniversary, and my daughters graduation. My daughter wanted to give me a gift, so I said I wanted my hair done. I booked my appt, and she owner made room for me to come in. It was going to be a long process since my hair was a virgin, so it was a good 5 hours. She asked me how I wanted my hair. I showed her pics styles, and she seemed to know how I wanted. I trusted her since I saw some of her work, and it was recommended. She worked on my hair I had mention to her that I dont cut my hair wet because it comes uneven she didnt seems to care she still cut it wet me knowing my hair I let her know. I saw my hair a little off one she had put the bleach but I didnt want to think about it I wanted to think positive. When she finished, it seemed to look okay. She had mentioned to me not to wash it for 3 days, and so thats what I did follow her instructions. Well, it turns out that when I washed my hair the first time, the toner came off, and my hair looked weird and seemed like someone chopped up my hair as you could see. I wanted to cry so bad when I saw my hair people were asking me what had happened to my hair looked so dry. She had given me purple shampoo to wash it. I had bought extra on the side and hair mask to make it smooth and healthy. Well, I called her and told her my hair was not looking nice, so she told me to go in again in like 3 weeks, I think. I came in the second time, and she ended up putting more bleach on my hair. It looked okay when she was done she cut it again, but this time dry like I had told her. I came home and looked at my hair, and u could still see some of my hair, uneven hair still damaged. I didnt wash my hair for like a week because I didnt want the toner to come off. After I washed my hair in a week, well, guess what my toner had came off. I didnt reach out to her. I just left it how it was. After 2 and a half months, I didnt want my hair blonde anymore it looked like a Damm broom, and it was all damaged. Nothing was working. I again wanted to cry. My daughter spend 300 for this not looking blonde color uneven damage ends and now my hair seems to be falling out I dont put heat on it because I dont want to damage it more then what it is. My hair is so damaged that I had to cut it real short. My hair is so damaged that it seems that my hair is getting shorter since my ends are cutting when I brush it. Idk what else to do. This was THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. She was nice we bonded. She even bought me wings. But I got to say my daughter wasted money on something not worth it at all, and now I have really damaged hair.( the picture with black hair was when my hair was a virgen) the last picture is how my damage hair is now .. I had to cut it short and even like that my hair is still damage bad.. I couldn’t take the nasty brassy color she left me with.

Gloria P. I colored my hair here and had a great experience, but man, are they pricy. I recommended it to my mom, and the guy wanted to charge her $68 for a haircut. She has short hair too and just said that price. Like, dude. I know we all have bills to pay, but that is super pricy. Response to Hair Phanatics Below: While I appreciate the attention to detail and quality, the price just shocks me. 68 dollars for a haircut? That is a lot of money. My intention with my review is not to demean the quality of the establishment but more to inform the public about how pricy this salon is. As I said above, I loved my hair color, it was great and my hair was not dead. I just want people to know that this place is expensive.

Jackie Hogan I am a first time client, and I asked for individuals on a half a head, well Princess delivered!! Not only was she extremely gentle when braiding my hair, she braids really fast! She only took like 45 mins on my hair and when I looked in the mirror, I loved what I saw. Hands down I highly recommend her!! The only problem I had was the communication, it takes her a while to respond and the address on Google is wrong. Other than that a great braider!

Nicole Hays I made an appointment and let the braider know that my dad had passed and I was needing a quick appointment. She said she could accommodate and I ASKED if I needed to send a deposit… She then gave me a deposit amount and I paid it. The day before my appointment I hadn’t heard from her so I sent a message to ask about confirming with no reply. I sent a message the next morning which was extremely short and I had a bad feeling but, thought she could just be busy. When I arrived for my appointment that was scheduled for 4pm I asked her where I should park (this was 3:58pm) and she reapplied with “ohhhh can we reschedule, my kids sick and I’m running him to urgent care” I have my own lash business I understand emergencies but, like come on. Christina Sparks I had a wonderful experience with Princess and my hair looks amazing! I was impressed with how quickly she was able to braid my hair (3.5 hours). She was easy to talk to and I felt comfortable in her home while she did my hair, which is nice since I can be pretty shy. Overall shes really nice and is fantastic at braiding. Really enjoyed meeting her today and I cant wait to get my hair done again with her in the future.

Gloria has no business ethics. Not worth it, go elsewhere.

She trimmed off just enough and put some layers. Overall it looks 100% healthier! She gave me her expert advice on everything which I loved! If I have an appointment, I dont have to wait long, and I do see a lot of walkins, they are greeted warmly and are in a chair in a usually short wait (Unless it is super busy! I highly recommend Hair to the Max!!!

Sandra Eryka I took my mother in law to get a perm and hair cut. Ofelia was very courteous and attentive. This was especially important since my MIL is a senior, she made sure she was able to get around safely. We had tried other places, finally my MIL is happy with the way she was treated and the way her hair turned out.

Blue Dream I really dislike when you show up early to your appointment and the stylist takes an additional 50 minutes doing someone elses hair. This place schedules you for a certain time but when you show up you still have to wait a long time as if you were a walk in. I feel both the client and stylist should be on time out of respect to both parties, this place is not it. Go somewhere else if you dont have time to sit and listen to gossip for an hour for a simple 25 minute haircut.

Christy Center I’ve waited to leave this review because I don’t want to hurt the business of nice people, but after waiting 6 months to try and have my hair recover from what was done here, today I finally went to a celebrity stylist and as she was lifting my hair to lighten it she went… what happened last time it was dyed? She told me it cannot be dyed again until it completely grows out and instead of lightening it had to darken it to fix the disaster that laid underneath… I’m devastated and irate. I paid over $500 for the mess of a dye job he did and not only was it hideous but I found out he also RUINED my hair. Here’s the photo I showed vs what I got. My bangs were so fried they literally broke off in half within days. I wouldn’t go in public for weeks. I used color depositing conditioner on them so as not to damage my hair further but to try and cover some of the skunk hair he gave me. I didn’t complain or say anything at the time because he’s the only stylist, so there was zero chance I’d ever let him touch my hair again, and if I said anything I’d have just broken down sobbing. I’m sure the hair cuts are fine but I would not trust him to dye anyone’s hair.
