Showed her a pic of what I wanted she agreed she could do it , told me it wouldnt be exact color which I understood BUT instead She FRIED ALL my hair (top to bottom) gave me a CHEMICAL CUT and still charged me the full price she had originally quoted me. Was extremely RUDE when I asked her to make situation right. Told me that I was already unsatified with my hair before going in (of course thats why I wanted a new look and seeked "professional" help to achieve it) ... STAY AWAY LADIES!!

Cherita Carter: I went into this shop today and asked how much they would charge to color my hair and the lady said that they don’t do that texture of hair, it won’t come out right. Even if you think that about African American hair, she could have worded it better than that.This sounded like she is a racist. I believe in equality and service should be open to all. I am currently in California for business and was looking to get my hair dyed. My hair is currently blue, I don’t know if she judged about that as well, but I am a hardworking African American.

She did what no other salon wanted to do for me in one day and she made it happen. She was friendly, honest, efficient, and very welcoming along with the other hair stylists.
