LC Torres Giving it two stars because my pedicure was great but my manicure not so great. The nails barely have any shape especially my thumb nails I showed a reference picture and tried to trust the process. My thumb nails look like squared pieces of gum.

joseph montenero We love this place! Easy to make reservations, kid friendly, my 7 yr old got the kid mani/pedi while my wife and I did the volcano special. All the staff is super friendly and did an awesome job! My wife has found her new spot!

Lydia Herman I really liked this place, they could have more variety for dipped nails though. But I wont come back because Im pretty sure the guy who did my dipped nails is originally from Lucky nails, which I refuse to go to because of him. When he does my nails, IT HURTS and I always bleed. My cuticles hurt so bad and they started bleeding, he kept losing control of his drill, and then told me its cause Im not relaxing my hand. I cant relax my hand when your literally hurting me. The nails ended up pretty but ultimately way too painful. And on top of that, I like when they do a base white/clear powder coat first and then the color, he didnt do that. So I know its not gonna last as long as it could. My pedicure was great. But my fingers hurt terribly. And no he didnt ever spray alcohol afterwards.

Vanessa Cordova Martinez Just want to let you all know this place is Shady!! Be careful with what they charge!! I was just there and I asked for a fill and to get my nails shortened and the old lady there said $45 for fill and $5 extra for making them shorter! I agreed and I told her form the beginning I wanted French tip, (no color) as I was tired of color already. So sure enough they shortened my nails and did the French tip. When I was going to pay the old lady said it was $65 and she would give me a $5 discount?!? I said. No, you said $45 plus $5. Total is $50. She said it was $15 and xtra for French tip and she was giving a discount. I said. Noooo. I’m only paying $50 as i specified exactly what I wanted done and that’s exactly what you did. For the price you told me at the beginning. So the lady started speaking their language and was loud so I think she was talking smack. But it is what it is. They need to let you know it’s extra for something if they are doing it so you have the option to say no. Not just assume it’s okay to do it and charge extra. Also. As I was there a lady walked in and got a pedicure done. She asked the price and the old lady said $35. So she did them. When she was charged at the front she was told she had to pay $45 and the client was unhappy and asked why!?! The old lady said because it’s $10 extra for the rocks! Wtf are they thinking. They give prices and charge way more than what they say. And honestly I’m giving 1 star ⭐️ because I did like how my nails turned out. But definitely will not ever ever ever be back there. That is a shady way to steal their customers money. I’m sure they just lost two new customers. Smh. And SHAME on them! Ps. I only paid $50. Cash so they don’t over charge my card!

Sophia A I typically don’t share reviews but I had the worst nail salon experience in my life here. The woman that did my nails was aggressively screaming and on the phone most of the time. She was very rough with me and buffed my nails so long they started to hurt. She dug her long pinky nail in to my cuticle to push it back. She also used a nail file to push them back and one of the buffing tools on them. This resulted in cuts all along my cuticles. I went to wash my hands and it hurt because of how badly I was cut. I’m embarrassed I dealt with service that was this bad and didn’t say anything. I’m pretty sure this place is violating health codes by how she handled cleaning my blood. DO NOT GO HERE.

Celeste R Normally I get gel nails because its hard to mess up. I was greeted wand rushed to a chair. My nails were sanded down soaked and sanded and still had previous gel on. My new gel nails are lumpy and discolored. His coats were all uneven. Clear coat wad left all over, fingers sticking together I was asked to pay. I sat for 3 min using their tools to unstick my fingers. The owner came back to help... and then gave me cuticle oil after.. my finished nails look horrible

Eveland M J “Full Price” My daughter got her nails done here for the first time and she was very satisfied with the results. They ended up looking nearly exactly like the example photo. Most definitely recommend if you want stunning nails.

Candy Con93 Danny was absolutely amazing! He was polite, funny, very good at keeping conversation! His design was beautiful! He hand painted the design to match exactly what I asked for! He is most definitely my guy from now on! Definitely recommend this salon! It’s clean and has great atmosphere!

Chanda Avila John, Hannah, and both Danny’s are incredible! I’ll never go anywhere else. The are the kindest and do the best work and detail to everything they do. Been going to them for so many years they feel like family. Amazing wonderful place to go for beautiful quality nails.

Makayla Azevedo Went in for a last minute soak off after months of acrylics so I can strengthen and grow my nails. Cut my nails super short and ripped off the acrylic so now my nails are super thin.

Lane Peterson Ocean did my fill and they are beautiful! They got me right in (as a walk-in), and it took him a little less than an hour for everything. They have tons of colors and different colors of chrome. I definitely recommend!

Joana Chavez their prices are deceiving, we went in to get a pedicure, when they sat us down they gave me and my daughter a list of the prices and what services they offer. We decided on a pedicure and it said 40$ so it would’ve been 80$ in total for both of us. once they were done they couldn’t even properly take off my daughter’s calluses which we had also paid for. once they were finished we were ready to pay but then we were charged 110$. their explanation was that gel costs 15$ but in the list it said that gel was included with the 40$ so the prices didn’t make sense. they should’ve been more clear with the prices beforehand otherwise we wouldn’t had gotten our toes done.

Gabrielle Covington Never again! I used to come here for a specific nail tech but I found out they no longer work there. Seeings how Id already taken the trip I decided to just stay when I shouldve followed my gut & left. Red flag #1: The tech got very upset I didnt want my natural nails cut. RF#2: He waited until he was almost DONE to make sure my nails were all the same length & even ( which theyre all uneven & he cut my fingers with both the drill & Emory board). The straw that broke the camals back was at the beginning of our session BEFORE I SAT DOWN he told me my services was $45 (all I got was a regular full set short no designs)but when I got to the register he said $55! When I told him he told me $45 he began laughing hysterically & said he didnt say it. Due to MY anger issues & not wanting to make a scene I simply paid him & told him NEVER AGAIN. If you do decide to go anyway DO NOT GO TO VAN AT CHAIR #7!

I did a manicure and pedicure with regular polish and this has been the worst polish-job someone has done. However there was a nice woman doing her best to help

Kymberli Absolutely LOVE my nails. I had an issue due to another salon and she expertly helped me to mend it along with putting on a whole new set, which are gorgeous. Shes a professional who puts her clients before all else. I know I have found my forever nail salon. Try her out, you wont regret it.

Linda Rocha Erica does excellent work. i have been seeing her for almost a decade and will not go to anyone else. She shapes the nails to look authentically like mine. Her nail art is amazing. Erica knows how to satisfy her customers extremely well. she is the best!!!!!

Jazzy Diaz I recently visited this salon for a manicure. I provided a picture of the French Tips I wanted, and while the initial technician was very kind, I was then switched to another technician. They seemed rushed and did not complete the French Tips as requested. Instead, I received a single color manicure. Although I was offered a $5 discount, I was still charged $100, which seems unreasonable given that the service I received was not what I had asked for. Not to mention they charged me $50 for a basic gel on toes nothing else just gel on my toes. Too over priced if I could give negative stars I would.

Shruti Javali What a waste of time. The lady qui thi Nguyen did and redid my nails three times and still managed to mess up each time. Ruined my nails with the drimmel tool and she couldn’t figure out that the streaks in the polish were because she wasn’t using enough. Took a chance on a new place, biggest waste of time. Only saving grace as atleast she didn’t charge me, but when on a deadline my time is worth more.

Sierra Crowe WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD. It was painful and I was left with damaged, hideous nails that weren’t even shaped before I left the salon. For my wedding, I had had GelX done in Las Vegas. They’d grown out for a couple weeks and I wanted them removed. When I went in, I was told to sit at a table in the back. People were kind of ignoring me, so I sat at one of the tables then asked where I was supposed to be sitting then moved to the table they indicated. A 30-something year old man comes from the back and hands me the color Menu while getting started on my nails after I told him I would like to get them removed today. He had finished filing one down when he asked me what color I’d like and I said no color please, I’d just like them removed. I’m not sure if this is a faux pas or something, I’ve never had GelX and it seemed like a reasonable request to me. But he seemed annoyed and removed the rest of my nails by literally just ripping them off from the side. It was SO painful I was biting the inside of my cheeks and watching the TV to distract myself. A couple times I had to yank my hand back because it hurt so badly. Once he was done, he clipped the nails so they were straight across the top, totally uneven and not shaped with a file, then took my money and waved me off. He didn’t speak to me the whole time. Wish I had taken a photo to show how disgusting my nails were, but I was so disturbed the first thing on my mind was to cut them once I got home. I would never go to a place who treats their customers like this, had to leave a review so people know before they go.

Maria Moreno Went to visit family for New years. I didn’t need an appointment. I was a walk in and didn’t have to wait more than 20mins. Got them done Dec 30th and still have them on. I cook, clean, do a little bit of everything and no cracks on my nails. Not to mention they were thin and pretty. Don’t have a picture of what they turned out to be but they were beautiful. Both manager and nail tech were super friendly. She completely understood what I had in mind and gave me more. I’ve had to sculpt them down so they are not their original size. Definitely worth money spent! 10/10 recommended!!

Elisabeth Gilkey The staff was very polite. However I asked for a full set and almond shape with just two nails having rhinestones on them. Final results > I have oval short nails, glue all over my skin that have the rhinestones and I was cut multiple times almost on every finger. To top it off, my nails are all shaped crooked.

They put me in water no one available to start me, sat for an hour, water was cold, had a fan on me I turned it off they turned it back on so we ended up walking out after a hour with still another person ahead of me! Didn’t see ANYONE sanitize before they started another client! DO NOT recommend!

Madison Eaton My pedicure turned out great! Pricey but it’s because they go above and beyond than any other nail salons that I have been to. Gave them a 4/5 because of the price made an unexpected dent (you have to pay extra money just to get callous scrubbed off), but overall a great experience. They present themselves very well, they are clean, and nice overall. Would highly recommend.

Alana Moore I made an appointment days in advance just to be ignored when I got there. I told them I was there for a Pedi appointment, they did not do any of the usual when you have to wait (letting your feet soak, check out the nail colors, let you know how long itll be). They just ignored us. The whole time other customers had two people working on them at once. Very poor service. UPDATE: I spoke with the manager who responded and he did not care at all about how his employees treat people. He said the response posted from him on this is just an automated response and it is what it is. Go to Luxury Spa Nail in Hanford mall! Great service and they treat people with respect!

My nails look absolutely fabulous, and I keep getting compliments! The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure I felt pampered. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking for beautiful nails!

sweet dew I just moved to Hanford and this place was the only one closest to my house and I decided to walk in and get a pedicure and acrylic fill. The girl who did my pedicure was kind but the pedicure was bad. The man who worked on my acrylic fill was very rude, with bad Attitude. Every time I asked or suggested him something about my nails, he answered me rudely, almost yelling and intimidating me. I felt so uncomfortable and humiliated. He left my nails horrible and dirty. Despite given me a terrible service, and the price for my pedicure and fill was $65, I left them a $5 tip, so my total was $70, I will never, never return and I do not recommend that place to anyone if they will not be humiliated by that man, just as he did with me.

Kristin Avila Im not going to lie. It looked vacant, dull and i was, VERY, VERY, VERY, skeptical! I now LOVE this place and will continue coming back. Theyre were very gentle, quick, didnt talk in another language the whole time. They were very polite and its like our own hidden gem in North East hanford.

Tanya Chavez Hannah and John are back formerly of Walmart I think they left in 21 or 22. Most excellence in service clean very friendly happy environment. Gentle no pain or uncomfortableness associated with my service. No cattiness or rudeness that you find in other local shops. Pedicure was complete perfection. Nail service was excellent. My 4yr old grand even had her nails polished they did so good with her.

Jessica Park Very friendly and gentle. He had skills in nail art, I loved my nails the moment he started working on it. By the time he was done I felt like a super “nail” star. It was so beautiful! Definitely will be coming back here from now on!

Jasmine Gonzalez I can honestly say this salon has become my favorite and go to salon in Hanford. They took great care of us and got us in very quickly. It was clean and the staff is very welcoming. Their work is amazing as well. I will definitely be coming back. 10/10 recommend!
