Erin Pierce Flo has been amazing! I am so greatful to her for the style and time she does to make sure I feel beautiful and she feels great about the work she did!
I had a style I wanted but she said it would be too short and not look good, so I took her advise and we were able to come up with the style that was not near as short, kept my length and I feel gorgeous! As a besutician it is her job to tell ne what works and would not look good. Either take the advise and listen to the professional and come up with a style that she knows you will feel beautiful with and she can feel great about the style she gave.
If you insist on the style( after you were explained by the stylist "it wont look good, you wont be happy with it, but she does it becauae youbinsist on that look, and give a false " I like it" afterwards then hours later complain about it later that is YOUR FAULT! The stylist is a professional to know looks, and color for your type of hair, skin and facial construct. Flo does just that! Flo is a professioanl and knows her job and does it well.
Me and my girls will continue to see Flo for our hair and nail needs. Despite what one or 2 bad apples have to say. My expericenslce is worth 7 starts l, if that was possible. Take my advise and go to Flos you wont regreat it...and if you listen to her suggestions!

Mary Anne Cadd I was lucky enough to see a flyer regarding this new salon. The salon was spotless and bright and cheerful. Flo is obviously an experienced stylist and I would highly recommend her if you want a true professional. I know Ill be back.

Lexa Bendowski My wife went in yesterday, 12/10/2024, and received an absolute horrible haircut. She was so upset about it. The hair stylist said she could do the hair cut my wife wanted and didnt do it at all. Instead she took way too much off and cut her hair uneven. My wife has been in tears because of it. When she went to leave the lady told her not to tell people that she gave her the haircut. She was too busy with another customer and instead of telling my wife to come back another time, she squeezed her in and did a horrible job. When I tried to call today, multiple times, I didnt get an answer. We will never go back to her. I highly dont recommend going to this hair salon. If I could give 0 stars I would, but unfortunately to leave a review I have to give it 1 star. That one star isnt deserved at all.
Update: The lady just called me back and was extremely rude. She refused to issue a refund and kept saying she didnt do anything wrong. My wifes hair is completely uneven on one side and not at all what she wanted. We are extremely upset with this business and her customer service.
