guy goral Got here by accidente and i was lucky enough and they had available appointment for me. Did a facial treatment with Henna and she was amazing! Super nice and extremely professional, she explained every step in the way and made sure im comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole appointment. The treatment itself was very professional and calming and my face look great! I will defiantly come back!

Emily Mcdiarmid This was by far the best facial experience I have ever had. The owner Hannah is awesome and welcoming and has created such a great space for you to relax and unwind. Care assessed my needs right off the bat, and checked on me throughout the facial process to make sure everything was going good. I had been struggling with extremely deep black heads and irritation, and she was able to fully remove them while also helping with the hydration of my skin. It’s rare you find a place that has both lovely vibes and amazing service! 10/10 recommend.

Richa Chadha I liked the facility. Seemed clean and hygienic. Eliana gave me a luxury glow facial. Her service was good. I would have liked the face massage a little longer but overall my skin felt clearer and relaxed. I was disappointed because as promised on the website, the salon didn’t have the 24k gold mask. However, upon complaining, the owner was sweet and i’ll go back in 6-8 weeks to try again. Edit: Hi Elisha, I saw your reply and wanted to clarify—I purchased the Luxury Glow Facial and not European. If Groupon bookings mean a reduced experience, it might be worth reconsidering offering it. Eliana was warm and skilled, but part of my massage time was cut short (5–6 mins) when she had to assist another client. While the facial ended on time, it felt a bit rushed. I didn’t mention this earlier because I appreciated her effort, but I believe in giving honest, constructive feedback. I’d still love to return—I liked your warm response earlier when I reached out!

Sinthiahhh _ My experience at Elisha Marie Skin and Body was wonderful. I had the pleasure of experiencing a Sugar Cookie Scrub Facial and an eyebrow tint from Eliana, and it was amazing from start to finish. From the moment I walked in she was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable. She took the time to explain each step of the process and answered all my questions with such professionalism and knowledge. Her attention to detail is impeccable, and I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I highly recommend Elaina to anyone seeking a professional and attentive esthetician. Lizz Togiai Went in to get a hair cut. The older lady looked like she was just in a rush. I asked her to just refresh my layers. She botched it. She cut my hair more than I asked for and it was uneven. I have random gaps between how my hair looks.

Neha I’ve gotten my hair done by Dolores 4 times already, and there’s a reason I always come back to her. She makes time to accommodate me even if it’s on short notice. I have gotten both haircuts and blowouts by her. She’s very patient & thorough with washing, blow-drying, or cutting my hair ensuring that they last a long time. She also uses heat protectant generously which I appreciate! This time I got another blowout. Her skill is evident in the results.

Pearl Kruss Dolores, the owner cut and styled my hair. Gave me advice. The result was beautiful. This is a new salon decorated for luxury. Many of the stylists are color experts, however this is a full service salon: women and mens hair cuts, perms etc.

Ryszard wisinski Great salon in downtown palo alto! The salon is very nice and has a great atmosphere. Dolores really provides a great experience all around. I really loved my haircut, she had me looking very professional. Everything was done in a timely manner and scheduling with her was super easy. I have been getting my cuts done with her for years and the results really show. I highly recommend this salon!

Leyla abazari Rozita is amazing! She has been doing my hair and threading for 15 years, and every experience has been exceptional. She’s incredibly patient, accommodating, always punctual, and maintains a very clean and professional environment. I highly recommend her!

Brenda Gonzalez-Flores Best person on the south bay! Rozita is truly talented. She shapes your eyebrows to how it best fits your face. I recommend going on Wednesdays and Thursdays when its not too crowded. However Ive been on Friday and Saturday when its busy and she still does an amazing job. Her prices are also reasonable. $15 for eyebrows and $20 for both eyebrows & lip. Dont forget to tip!

Becky Logan Starr is the best hair colorist! I have been seeing her for more years than I can remember, and I always leave her salon with incredible hair. I like my color and highlights to look natural, and no one can tell that I have it dyed. Almost every time I have a haircut or a blow out, the stylist comments on how lovely my hair color is. That is high praise coming from other hair professionals! Starr is also a lovely human being who shares heartfelt care for all her clients on a personal level. I highly recommend her!

Leila Velez Starr is an amazing color specialist!! She has been doing my hair color for 20 years. Starr’s meticulous attention to detail and perfectionist approach makes her truly great at what she does. I highly recommend her for your hair color, you won’t regret it.

Jeline Buron I always had a great experience with Lenna. It’s difficult to find a lash tech that does natural but full lashes, so I’m glad I found her! She also does M/L shaped lashes which is rare. Even though she’s super quick, she makes sure her work is of great quality and I leave satisfied. I also get so many compliments and ppl usually assume they’re my real lashes! Would definitely return and I always appreciate the coffee after lashes!

Juan LI I had my lashes done by Lenna for the first time and I couldn’t be happier! She has such a gentle touch—the whole process was super relaxing, I almost fell asleep. The lashes look absolutely gorgeous: natural, lightweight, and flattering to my eye shape. Lenna was also incredibly sweet and attentive, taking the time to understand what style would suit me best. I’m so impressed with her work—definitely coming back again!

Margel Therese Pria Lenna is amazing! I love how quick she is with doing my lashes—it saves me so much time, but they still come out super pretty and last really well. I already booked my fill because I’m so happy with how she did them. Plus, you get free coffee after which is such a nice little bonus. Highly recommend!

Daryl Chang Michelle has been my go-to for a haircut for several years now (she used to be located in Cupertino). She is the best hairstylist I’ve had. I highly recommend her if you’re looking for a men’s haircut.

Patricia Sheeler Le Salon Doré is a beautifully remodeled full service salon that just opened recently in Palo Alto, CA. I have been a customer of Tiffanys (owner) for approximately 17 years. Tiffany is the best at her craft. I see her every two weeks for nails and pedicures and I always leave her salon very happy. She is a wonderful nail tech and a beautiful person, inside and out!! Dont hesitate to give this salon a try. I know you will be well pampered . . ..

Luke Baldwin Decided to get a haircut at this new salon and they did an absolutely amazing job. The owners were there too and they were awesome people! I highly suggest coming here 10/10
