1 /5 Lizz Togiai: Went in to get a hair cut. The older lady looked like she was just in a rush. I asked her to just refresh my layers. She botched it. She cut my hair more than I asked for and it was uneven. I have random gaps between how my hair looks.

1 /5 Gabriela Anguiano: I went to just get curls on my hair, first of all I had to wait a long time and someone that got there after me was helped first. The lady that did my hair didnt seem like she knew what she was doing and she used a lot of hair spray on my hair which it wasnt necessary. She charged me $40 for just doing that and a few weeks before I had called to ask how much they would charge for just doing curls on my hair and the lady on the phone said it would only cost $20. I didnt want to complain right there and then because Im not that type of person, I even gave her a tip. But I feel like people like them always take advantage of kind people like us! I dont think I will ever give them business ever again. Plus to top it off the customer service was terrible, they are not friendly at all!
