5 /5 Becky Logan: Starr is the best hair colorist! I have been seeing her for more years than I can remember, and I always leave her salon with incredible hair. I like my color and highlights to look natural, and no one can tell that I have it dyed. Almost every time I have a haircut or a blow out, the stylist comments on how lovely my hair color is. That is high praise coming from other hair professionals! Starr is also a lovely human being who shares heartfelt care for all her clients on a personal level. I highly recommend her!
