Joshua Weston: I just called to ask about services provided and to possibly schedule a visit to get my hair bleached and styled. The person that answered asked if I speak spanish - when I responded that Im only able to speak English I was hung up on with no further explanation.
Literally, I said I wanted to ask about services they provide - they asked if I speak spanish - and upon responding I didnt I was hung up on.
This is not me saying that all businesses need to speak English - but rather just hanging up on me the way they did... I am glad Im not giving them any money.

Genesia Oliver: I found Ruby’s salon by happenstance on Google and she was conveniently located right across the street from our residency. As soon as we arrived, we noticed the cleanliness and aroma circulating throughout her salon. Ruby was extremely friendly and made my 11-year old daughter feel so comfortable during her first threading appointment. It was quick & painless, but the results were astounding! We will definitely be returning and I highly recommend her services, as she is passionate about her clients and skilled in a wide range of things! I am looking forward to booking a facial with her next week and will leave another review based on my experience.

Anh Phùng: I saw Andrea’s beautiful work on a San Jose based colleague of mine. This colleague messaged Andrea and I was able to see her as soon as possible even though I arrived less than one hour before closing.
Andrea was sweet, warm, and accommodating. She was very savvy and perceptive in helping me change up my hair while still maintaining my style. I really love my new haircut.
I’d like to add that I’m a former New Yorker who’s had her cut and styled by hairdressers whose work has appeared in prestigious editorials (think Elle, V, etc.). Andrea’s work was on par, if not better than some of these stylists and for a fraction of the cost as well.
If you live or are visiting in the SJ area, give Andrea or the other lovely stylists a visit.
Andrea will definitely become my goto when I’m in the area.
