Etoile Salon - Palo Alto Becky Logan: Starr is the best hair colorist! I have been seeing her for more years than I can remember, and I always leave her salon with incredible hair. I like my color and highlights to look natural, and no one can tell that I have it dyed. Almost every time I have a haircut or a blow out, the stylist comments on how lovely my hair color is. That is high praise coming from other hair professionals! Starr is also a lovely human being who shares heartfelt care for all her clients on a personal level. I highly recommend her!
Rozita Hair & Threading - Palo Alto Leyla abazari: Rozita is amazing! She has been doing my hair and threading for 15 years, and every experience has been exceptional. She’s incredibly patient, accommodating, always punctual, and maintains a very clean and professional environment. I highly recommend her!
Santa Barbara Spa - Santa Barbara Phoebe L: This spa is the best!! I see Shelby regularly for brow waxes and eyelash tints and the results are perfect every time. My eyelashes stay dark for WEEKS and I get so many compliments on my brows. I have also gotten my brows and lashes done by Lisa and she did an absolutely amazing job! Both Shelby and Lisa are so detailed and thorough- I’ve never left the Santa Barbara Spa with even a single hair out of place. They are the best in town and I will never go anywhere else. I also always feel good about spending my money at a true “mom ‘n’ pop” establishment. The SB Spa is a family-owned business and you’ll often see Shelby’s husband Rob at the front desk when you walk in. Shelby, Rob, and Lisa are so warm and friendly and genuinely care about all of their customers. Don’t sleep on this local gem!!
The Brow Lounge - Goleta Anjelica Partida: I am very sensitive and picky with my eyebrows. I have been gettin my eyebrows waxed from Celeste for years now. Not only does she ask you what you want but she follows through with the vision you have in mind. I plan to only work with her, I completely trust her with my eyebrows.
I also have been working with Ella ever since she moved to Santa Barbara. I was a bit nervous to try any body services that were offered, but she was so patient and would explain everything to me thoroughly before any treatment. She is now my go to, I love that she offers a variety of services for the body and it’s the best way to self-care.
