Richa Chadha: I liked the facility. Seemed clean and hygienic. Eliana gave me a luxury glow facial. Her service was good. I would have liked the face massage a little longer but overall my skin felt clearer and relaxed. I was disappointed because as promised on the website, the salon didnāt have the 24k gold mask. However, upon complaining, the owner was sweet and iāll go back in 6-8 weeks to try again.
Edit: Hi Elisha, I saw your reply and wanted to clarifyāI purchased the Luxury Glow Facial and not European. If Groupon bookings mean a reduced experience, it might be worth reconsidering offering it. Eliana was warm and skilled, but part of my massage time was cut short (5ā6 mins) when she had to assist another client. While the facial ended on time, it felt a bit rushed. I didnāt mention this earlier because I appreciated her effort, but I believe in giving honest, constructive feedback. Iād still love to returnāI liked your warm response earlier when I reached out!
Lizz Togiai: Went in to get a hair cut. The older lady looked like she was just in a rush. I asked her to just refresh my layers. She botched it. She cut my hair more than I asked for and it was uneven. I have random gaps between how my hair looks.
Becky Logan: Starr is the best hair colorist! I have been seeing her for more years than I can remember, and I always leave her salon with incredible hair. I like my color and highlights to look natural, and no one can tell that I have it dyed. Almost every time I have a haircut or a blow out, the stylist comments on how lovely my hair color is. That is high praise coming from other hair professionals! Starr is also a lovely human being who shares heartfelt care for all her clients on a personal level. I highly recommend her!

My eyelashes stay dark for WEEKS and I get so many compliments on my brows. I have also gotten my brows and lashes done by Lisa and she did an absolutely amazing job! Both Shelby and Lisa are so detailed and thorough- Iāve never left the Santa Barbara Spa with even a single hair out of place. They are the best in town and I will never go anywhere else. I also always feel good about spending my money at a true āmom ānā popā establishment. The SB Spa is a family-owned business and youāll often see Shelbyās husband Rob at the front desk when you walk in. Shelby, Rob, and Lisa are so warm and friendly and genuinely care about all of their customers. Donāt sleep on this local gem!!

I was a bit nervous to try any body services that were offered, but she was so patient and would explain everything to me thoroughly before any treatment.
