Super nice and extremely professional, she explained every step in the way and made sure im comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole appointment. The treatment itself was very professional and calming and my face look great! I will defiantly come back!
    5 /5 Emily Mcdiarmid: This was by far the best facial experience I have ever had. The owner Hannah is awesome and welcoming and has created such a great space for you to relax and unwind. Care assessed my needs right off the bat, and checked on me throughout the facial process to make sure everything was going good. I had been struggling with extremely deep black heads and irritation, and she was able to fully remove them while also helping with the hydration of my skin. It’s rare you find a place that has both lovely vibes and amazing service! 10/10 recommend.
    5 /5 Alexandra Steinhaus: Ive had both the lash lift and signature facial so far - and both were absolutely INCREDIBLE!! My lashes look amazing and my skin is glowing after the facial. Both Hannah and Care are incredibly knowledgeable and take the time to understand what youre looking for. They ask questions and check in throughout the process. I love that the facial was customized to my skin, and Care knew exactly what I needed. I have sensitive skin and my skin felt refreshed and calm afterward. The room is also super cute and cozy - I already cant wait for my next appointment!

    Richa Chadha: I liked the facility. Seemed clean and hygienic. Eliana gave me a luxury glow facial. Her service was good. I would have liked the face massage a little longer but overall my skin felt clearer and relaxed. I was disappointed because as promised on the website, the salon didn’t have the 24k gold mask. However, upon complaining, the owner was sweet and i’ll go back in 6-8 weeks to try again. Edit: Hi Elisha, I saw your reply and wanted to clarify—I purchased the Luxury Glow Facial and not European. If Groupon bookings mean a reduced experience, it might be worth reconsidering offering it. Eliana was warm and skilled, but part of my massage time was cut short (5–6 mins) when she had to assist another client. While the facial ended on time, it felt a bit rushed. I didn’t mention this earlier because I appreciated her effort, but I believe in giving honest, constructive feedback. I’d still love to return—I liked your warm response earlier when I reached out!

Tiffany is the best at her craft. I see her every two weeks for nails and pedicures and I always leave her salon very happy. She is a wonderful nail tech and a beautiful person, inside and out!! Dont hesitate to give this salon a try. I know you will be well pampered . . ..

    Becky Logan: Starr is the best hair colorist! I have been seeing her for more years than I can remember, and I always leave her salon with incredible hair. I like my color and highlights to look natural, and no one can tell that I have it dyed. Almost every time I have a haircut or a blow out, the stylist comments on how lovely my hair color is. That is high praise coming from other hair professionals! Starr is also a lovely human being who shares heartfelt care for all her clients on a personal level. I highly recommend her!

She is a meticulous and fast worker, and her work stays flawless for weeks. Sienna is professional, so positive and a great person to be around. Sienna will do her absolute best having you happy about your lashes and knowledgeable about how to care for them as well. $$ She is priced for her work and her work is amazing. Go anywhere else and you will be disappointed. (You pay for what you get - and this is something that is on your face for weeks!) I would travel upwards of an hour to continue to see Sienna if I had to - but dont worry! She says she only has bigger and better plans for SB Beauty Bar here in SB :)

My eyelashes stay dark for WEEKS and I get so many compliments on my brows. I have also gotten my brows and lashes done by Lisa and she did an absolutely amazing job! Both Shelby and Lisa are so detailed and thorough- I’ve never left the Santa Barbara Spa with even a single hair out of place. They are the best in town and I will never go anywhere else. I also always feel good about spending my money at a true “mom ‘n’ pop” establishment. The SB Spa is a family-owned business and you’ll often see Shelby’s husband Rob at the front desk when you walk in. Shelby, Rob, and Lisa are so warm and friendly and genuinely care about all of their customers. Don’t sleep on this local gem!!

Extremely clean, warm and cozy and very friendly environment. Absolutely recommend this place/salon to everyone I know. My sister got so many compliments for her new hair and new look; see pictures below..... Can’t thank you enough for making her sooo beautiful Connie!!!! I can keep writing about this place and everything about it.....The quality of the service is just amazing!!!!! The hard work she puts in is speechless! Hats Off to Connie, she is absolutely amazing!
