Claire Fjord I am a lover of fine jewelry and am always looking for unique pieces to build out my collection. I follow Sofia Kaman on Instagram and really like their work. I went to the store on a Sunday and it was sadly closed. I came back on a Saturday with a friend to do some serious shopping. We came to the door which read "Ring for Bling" and rang the doorbell. There was a couple inside and it looked really quiet. The sales person opened the door and asked if we had an appointment. We said that we didnt but would love to come in. The sales person was very short with us and said that we needed to book an appointment and to come back another time. It was quite shocking that she didnt pause to keep us engaged - like checking their schedule for the rest of the day, taking our contact details, or even locking in an appointment right there. Instead, we were treated with no class and no regard. I understand policy and why they want appointments, but if the sales person took a moment to see who she was being rude to, she would have seen two qualified buyers (Rolex, Bulgari, Cartier, Van Cleef and multiple diamond tennis bracelets and rings between the two of us). The whole experience was so jarring and disappointing. My hope in writing this review is that they will elevate their kindness to match their jewelry.
