We purchased items for ourselves and several others to give as gifts to our two daughters. Afterwards we had a lovely alfresco lunch just a few steps away in this lively neighborhood. We have come back here several times and have never been disappointed. The staff is always polite and attentive to our preferences.

My significant other is quite creative and had a very specific design in mind, we met with 3 or 4 different shops, had zoom meetings and nothing felt quite right. Thats until we decided to check out Yale Jewelers. Joe and Marla were very helpful, patient and understanding. Joe worked closely with my fiancé until we all felt confident about the design of the new ring. It was very collaborative, Joes communication was second to none he kept us in the loop throughout all stages of the process, but above all the feeling felt right the whole time. Appreciate the help and would highly recommend!

    carl sonn: Best jewelry shop on Montana...compared to all the other stores even Beverly Hills and the quality, selection and price was tops! Would like to drop by again for my wifes birthday. She loved the diamond necklace I bought for her on Valentines. Sheila was so helpful and I felt like she was going out of her way to make me happy...I can be difficult sometimes. Other stores were snobby....thanks Cabochon..I will be coming back soon.

My husband then used Musti to custom design my engagement ring, wedding band, and his wedding band. We’ve also recommended Musti to others who’ve been really happy with his work. What sets Musti apart from the rest, is his attention to detail and commitment to perfection. He will run through several different mockups with you until you’re satisfied with the final product. He takes immense pride in his work and would rather take his time to get it absolutely right, than rush through and give you something that’s not what you envisioned. He truly is a genius. We will continue to give Musti our business for any future jewelry needs. I cannot recommend him enough.

    Claire Fjord: I am a lover of fine jewelry and am always looking for unique pieces to build out my collection. I follow Sofia Kaman on Instagram and really like their work. I went to the store on a Sunday and it was sadly closed. I came back on a Saturday with a friend to do some serious shopping. We came to the door which read "Ring for Bling" and rang the doorbell. There was a couple inside and it looked really quiet. The sales person opened the door and asked if we had an appointment. We said that we didnt but would love to come in. The sales person was very short with us and said that we needed to book an appointment and to come back another time. It was quite shocking that she didnt pause to keep us engaged - like checking their schedule for the rest of the day, taking our contact details, or even locking in an appointment right there. Instead, we were treated with no class and no regard. I understand policy and why they want appointments, but if the sales person took a moment to see who she was being rude to, she would have seen two qualified buyers (Rolex, Bulgari, Cartier, Van Cleef and multiple diamond tennis bracelets and rings between the two of us). The whole experience was so jarring and disappointing. My hope in writing this review is that they will elevate their kindness to match their jewelry.
