Laney S I had a really disappointing experience at lee’s jewlry. I came in for an ear piercing on July 16,2025, and the entire process felt rushed and unprofessional. The piercer YON the guy that works there I may have his name spelled wrong he didn’t explain the procedure or aftercare properly, The placement of the piercing was off-center, and it started showing signs of swelling within a couple of days. I had to visit another studio to have it assessed. When I tried to express my concerns, the staff were dismissive and rude, offering no apology or solution. I would not recommend this place based on my experience — both the piercing quality and customer service were extremely poor.

I went to other places but by far this place was the one that paid me the highest price for my gold and diamond ring! They paid me really Good!!! And they have great customer service. Tubbs I came to Kim’s to get my gold bracelet fixed since a tiny link snapped off. He recommended to just solder the link instead of building a new one, which makes it less flexible but I was fine with that. Process took less than an hour to fix and I can barely tell the difference unless under bright light. He was also very kind and offered to clean it, no extra charge. Overall I’d recommend and I would come back.
