5 /5 Tubbs: I came to Kim’s to get my gold bracelet fixed since a tiny link snapped off. He recommended to just solder the link instead of building a new one, which makes it less flexible but I was fine with that. Process took less than an hour to fix and I can barely tell the difference unless under bright light. He was also very kind and offered to clean it, no extra charge. Overall I’d recommend and I would come back.

He was happy to chat for a bit and left me wanting to come back the next time to purchase some jewelry. A fantastic business downtown that offers great service and are a staple in Oakland.

5 /5 Bryan Turpin: I came to Mr. Kim’s to have my AP strap installed (after taking it to a Rockridge jewelry shop that was unable to do it). He was able to do it onsite while I waited. He also punched a new hole in the strap to accommodate my smaller wrist. Overall prompt and knowledgeable service.
