Carlos Romero Came to see if they had a gasket replacement for my watch. The owner installed it before mentioning the inflated price. When I didn’t want it he said removing it would ruin the new gasket. I was stuck paying $20 for something I didn’t want. After feeling ripped off I went to a different jeweler to compare prices and they had the gasket for $5 installed. I wish I never stepped foot in that place.

Danny Pham Sarah was super helpful during my visit today! She assisted me with a number of things including replacing a bracelet that was experiencing more wear and tear than usual, as well as finding the right size of rings and bracelets for me. In total I left with three new items which I am very pleased with. Really glad I didn’t experience what other negative reviewers here did!

L C Jade Galore has been my goto jewelry store ever since I bought my wedding and engagement set 10 plus years ago. I like their service and pricing. Debbie Wu was the first sales person I met and Ive always gone back to her over the years. I recommend you ask for Debbie when you visit. Wedding set is such a big investment so you want as much help as possible. After all these years I still remember why we like Debbie. She was patient and discrete. She gave us a lot of space/time to think over and look around. She was NEVER push! In addition, she gave very good advice( after we queried her) such as : 1) round diamond have better resale value. 2) Get six prongs instead of four because its secure and it make the diamond look rounder (for our stones size). We made the plunge and never regretted it. Over the years, I came back to either get my ring serviced and always asked for Debbie. This week, I bought a new simple band from Debbie in their new SJ store. Its nice to see her again after the lock down. The new store is beautiful and large. Ruddsbaby The staff were very nice and knowledgeable. I just went in to price what I wanted but ended up with the staffs help buying a beautiful semi mount for my stone! Only problem is I have to wait six weeks! I want it now!

David at Gold Star has helped me bring my visions to life for beautiful jewelry to commemorate my babies. Highly, highly, highly recommend visiting them for all your jewelry needs, but especially push presents or sentimental gifts. David has been professional, kind, fair, creative, and just, in general, has great taste. I do not plan to buy commercial jewelry from here on out — I’ll just ask Gold Star to source / make everything for me.
