    Reut Shaharabani: I purchased a diamond ring for over $5,500, and just one year and two months later, the center diamond fell out — with no accident, no impact, and no warning. I only noticed it hours later when I looked at my hand. As you can see in the photo, the diamond simply fell out. I’ve had rings for over 10 years that I wear daily, and nothing like this ever happened. When I went back to the store, they didn’t offer any real solution or responsibility. Instead, they told me they could give me a “full credit” — but only if I buy another ring and spend at least $3,000 more. This is extremely disappointing and feels like a trap. After already spending thousands, I’m being asked to spend thousands more? They also blamed me for not coming in every 3 months for maintenance, claiming it’s my fault for not checking and tightening the diamond settings. Yet even if I had, they said they don’t offer any warranty on diamonds. That says it all. Their prices are extremely high, the quality is poor, and their customer service is unacceptable. I will absolutely never return to this store and I strongly recommend others stay away. If I could give zero stars, I would — even one star is too generous for this experience.

    Andres Lopez: Azi is as so amazing helping us out at the Kay Jewelers in Oakridge. I was there buying a bracelet for my daughter’s baptism and let her know that my 10 year wedding anniversary was coming up and I wanted to upgrade my wife’s ring. I told her my budget and asked her if she can keep me in mind when something special was available for us to consider. Like magic, she was able to secure an incredible ring for my wife at a great price and my wife absolutely loved it. We had several options to choose from in our budget and Azi helped us really think through the decision process from trading in our ring or keeping our ring and buying a new one. Ultimately I learned my wife wanted to keep her original wedding ring and we purchased the new ring that all aligned within our budget. Thank you Azi. You are amazing. Now let me know when an awesome Rolex becomes available. :)

All I wanted to know was the going price of a couple things and got nothing but attitude told that you have to come to the store if you have any questions and then just hung up! It would be easy to just go to the store if I didn’t live 2 hrs away

    Carlos Romero: Came to see if they had a gasket replacement for my watch. The owner installed it before mentioning the inflated price. When I didn’t want it he said removing it would ruin the new gasket. I was stuck paying $20 for something I didn’t want. After feeling ripped off I went to a different jeweler to compare prices and they had the gasket for $5 installed. I wish I never stepped foot in that place.
