1 /5 Laney S: I had a really disappointing experience at lee’s jewlry. I came in for an ear piercing on July 16,2025, and the entire process felt rushed and unprofessional.
The piercer YON the guy that works there I may have his name spelled wrong he didn’t explain the procedure or aftercare properly, The placement of the piercing was off-center, and it started showing signs of swelling within a couple of days. I had to visit another studio to have it assessed.
When I tried to express my concerns, the staff were dismissive and rude, offering no apology or solution.
I would not recommend this place based on my experience — both the piercing quality and customer service were extremely poor.
