5 /5 Laura Brown: I adore this LOFT store. I dont know what experience the other reviewer had, but everyone who works here is such a doll. They remember me (I do shop a lot!) and are always very sweet and helpful. Great sales, too!

1 /5 sandara watson: I ordered a sweater from The Loft on May 10th. I still havent gotten it. I tried calling, you can not speak to a person. They said to e-mail. They put the wrong e-mail address in my info, therefore they dont recognize my e-mail so it wont go thru. Does anyone know how to talk to a person?

2 /5 nahsee: Just dropped by this place tonight. I have been to this location before. Not sure if it is just the location but no one greeted or helped me, just as the last time. Instead I had two sales people follow me through the aisle but never asking whether I had been helped or needed anything. I buy from loft and Ann Taylor quite often. Overall another disappointing experience. Will not give them another opportunity.

4 /5 Cindy H: Upscale clothing is sold at this gorgeous Riverpark store. I feel like it caters to older women but if youre looking for something classy and very tasteful, this is your place. Theres a parking garage nearby and plenty of other places to shop for Womens clothes, shoes and accessories.
