Janice Staleny I just love this salon! After 74 years I found Penny ; the owner; who does exactly what I ask for! No one else I ever went to would do short layers all over on my curly hair. She did an awesome job! Fantastic hair color match to my medium brown and a shag haircut that’s amazing! Don’t ever hesitate to go to this salon! Best salon ever!

B Kasper "Unlimited Chiropractic" Best Chiropractor I have been to in over 15 years. Tracey was very friendly and personal. I went in there with really bad neck and back pain. When I left it felt like I was given a new body. She has very fair prices from $25 and up. If you refer a friend she will give your friend their first visit for free. She is located in the salon at "Salon Panache". Need a reference tell her Kasper sent you. Spread the word and help her small business grow. She also has a location in Bakersfield.

Ruthi Cragoe Penny always makes my hair look great, especially since Im transitioning from dark brown to gray.

Rylee Bonilla I knew I loved the Color Bar when I walked in as everyone was very welcoming and it was a down to earth atmosphere. I recently moved from Boston and wanted to find someone I could trust with my hair long term. Kelly went above and beyond. She listened to me and took time to make sure she knew exactly what I was wanting regarding color. I was so nervous coloring my virgin hair and wanted something very natural. Similarly, having long hair I was apprehensive because I’ve had stylists take far more off than requested. Cut and styling was on point. Safe to say I will def be a repeat customer. So happy to have found Kelly.

Naos Wilbrink Best haircut since I came to the states. I’ve been going to my hairdresser in Amsterdam, NL for 20 years. She knew exactly how to cut it. 3 years ago I moved to the States and I’ve been looking for a great hairdresser ever since. And I believe I’ve found her in Beatrice. Finally I feel like my hair goes where it’s suppose to go. Without the use of product the cut is perfect. Maybe it’s her background in Hollywood filmstudio’s, maybe her years of training and her talent. I’d absolutely want everyone to go to her.

katie william Beatrice Alcorta is too good to be true. I was in a pickle and needed last minute sew in hair extentions. Beatrice went out of her way! She actually opened her salon on Sunday morning prior to church....Amazing! She did a great job and I am so happy to have my extentions back on. They were off for a week and I hated my hair. I wore a hat every day! I will be going to Beatrice from now on...she is so sweet!!

Rochelle Storts I had a color and cut today by Angie and I could not have been more pleased. Not only was she warm and personable, she was very professional and so careful to make sure she understood my requests and my needs were met. I was WELL overdue for a proper styling and Angie exceeded my expectations! She also provided helpful hair care tips and walked me through all of the yummy smelling products she was using. I like the line they use a lot (Davines), so will be back once my current products run out. The salon overall is beautiful, impeccably clean and bright. A super nice vibe overall and I’m so glad I gave them a try. Also, I was able to book the same week I called — another salon I had previously gone to had a 6-8 week wait time (!!). Michelle Shires Wow! Ok, it started with a little glitch. I booked online and there was a glitch so I couldnt get in. BUT! They were so helpful in getting me in asap and Im really glad because I was about to cross them off my list. SO glad I didnt. Got in to see Sam. And she was amazing. She really cared about my hair health. We talked about the water here in Ventura and how it can hurt the hair. And I know that to be true. (If its eating my pipes imagine what its doing to my hair!) She was so sweet. Offered me a drink. And gave me an amazing cut. Didnt over talk me, but visited and she has a good sense of humor. She didnt try to get me to buy anything. But the price of the cut was so good, I Wanted to buy stuff. Plus everything smells so good! I will be going back soon to buy some shampoo and conditioner. And this is my only go to hair place now. From customer service, to products, to Sam and the others...THIS is the place to go for a great cut and wonderful treatment. Thank you!!!

Bella DeLeon 10/10 highly recommend. I was a little skeptical about getting my extensions redone as last time I had been ripped off by someone else but Sarah exceeded my expectations for an an excellent price. After our consultation I knew I was in good hands and she ended up doing an amazing job. She took her time making sure my extensions fit perfectly and they ended up looking beautiful. She also uses high quality products as well as high quality human hair. If you are thinking about getting hair extensions I definitely recommend Sarah as she is extremely talented and experienced!

Trish Nieto They never answer the phone nor do they clear the voicemail messages I mean, do they want business or what? I have yet to see the work they can do and they seem to be the only option of a place that I can go to considering the location where I live.

J P This is a hidden Gem. Viviana is the only person that has cut my sons hair correctly. She’s a doll. And Alma does amazing color and blow dry. Definitely recommend this spot.

Jenn Herbinson I highly recommend seeing Libby for a consultation if youre concerned about hair loss. After having seen three doctors who immediately prescribed minoxidil, it was so refreshing to sit with Libby and be able to talk through symptoms and potential causes. Just getting the validation that something has been going on and there are some straightforward ways to address it (without trying to sell me magic potions!) made me feel so much better. Monica Mendoza Love coming here! Ellie is wonderful! She patiently listens to my concerns/requests and kindly guides me in the direction Im trying to go with my hair. She takes her time to answer any questions i have from how to style my hair, product & hair tool recommendations etc. Not to mention it always feels like I get a hybrid hair & spa experience in one appointment. The environment is always so calm and i can truly relax during my service. The aromatherapy is a lovely touch and all the products Ellie uses smell SO GOOD! Will be coming here again & again!

Ash Monster Being new to the area I just discovered Pure Hair and I will be going back! Crosby did a great job, I feel like he listened to what my hair goals were treated my hair accordingly. He was fast, fun, and very professional. The results are fabulous my hair looks and feels so good. Ive got my confidence back! S Miller This was my first visit to LUXE salon and I had a appt with Lily G today .Im new to Ventura and had been getting hair services in La and unable to continue the trek... Upon entering the Aveda concept salon I was Immediately greeted by more than one person. My appt was at 12:45 and Lily took me immediately taking inventory on my hair and my hopes she took me from a dark brunette to a Ginger red in one visit. Not only am I thrilled with the outcome as its health and shine is intact still, as she said she was putting protein back in at one point amongst other steps that I didnt pay attention to because I felt so confident in Lilys ability as a colorist I was busy chatting with other staff and clients. Not only did I find a Amazing hairdresser today the entire salon is welcome, kind and I cant wait to go back!!

Heather McGonigal I LOVE Styloria Salon! Tracey is an absolute artist when it comes to color!!! She always, without fail, delivers what I ask for better than I can imagine ✨✨✨✨I recently visited her at her new location and it had been awhile between appointments (I was traveling). My hair was in dire need of some attention and care. By the time my appointment was over, not only was my hair brilliantly refreshed--- when I looked in the mirror I looked like the most vibrant version of myself which was a boost I really needed. Tracey is one of the most talented stylists I have ever met. She is also kind and generous hearted. When you are in her chair you are in very, very good hands!

Natalie Heuel Tracey is the absolute best! She’s such a sweetheart and I’ve always felt so comfortable knowing I’m in good hands with her! She listens and understands exactly what I want and ALWAYS does such an amazing, professional job! I have gone to her a couple of times now and can’t imagine going to anyone else. She lightened my hair up beautifully the last time I saw her always and understands the exact haircut and style I ask for. She is extremely reasonable with her pricing and such an honest person! I always walk out knowing I got exactly what I came in to get :)

Kelsi Hoover The Hair Parlor is inviting with bubbly and friendly people working there. It is located upstairs and has a good view. They have a bathroom for clients to use and give you the option to have a drink while you wait. The process was easy for booking and text reminders are sent out to confirm, which is super helpful! The "vibe" is very Ventura and I highly recommend! My teen daughter went to Lauren to get her hair dyed and styled. Lauren helped my daughter to feel confident in her decision. She had a Pinterest idea of what she wanted and Lauren helped her decide what color and type of dye would work best for the intended outcome she was looking for. Parking situation: The paid parking along the street was made easy through the Park Mobile app and it allows you to choose where you are parked and for how long. Although its frustrating to pay for parking, it is well worth it. The process start to finish took 2-2.5 hours and $3 in parking was well worth it.

Rich Haggerty This place is top notch professional. The facilities and the staff. I was greeted nicely, the non-intrusive Covid protocols were done without hassle. This is a really nice and cool looking place. I felt really good being in the facility, lots of ventilation and filters. Debi cut my hair and was very professional. This is a nice place and definitely a good place where sanitation steps and professionalism put you at ease. Ill be back for sure.

Dragon Mom Great place! Carrie Gibbons is the best. She gives the best head and neck massage when she washes your hair, and she is an artist when it comes to hair color. Highly recommend.

Elizabeth Abergel Hair Apothecary is the best ! I have known Amanda for years and I highly recommend her for anyone especially women with thick , kinky hair. She is very patient when blow drying my hair and do such as good job. Her honestly and excellent service is why I stayed with her for years. HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you’re looking for a new hairstylist . She is excellent and will become your friend . She also remember your birthday and special occasions in your life So blessed to have Hair Apothecary!

Kerry Bates-Redler I have been seeing Becky for over 6 years now. I have NEVER been called to have my appointment time changed, I have NEVER had any of the staff be rude or unkind in anyway. They are always there to offer me coffee, tea, or even a goodie they usually have waiting for their clients. Becky is very creative, enthusiastic and truly passionate about what she does. I have extremely curly hair and it takes great talent to keep this hair under control. I work in a very busy dental practice, and I am always asked "who does your hair?".
