After having seen three doctors who immediately prescribed minoxidil, it was so refreshing to sit with Libby and be able to talk through symptoms and potential causes. Just getting the validation that something has been going on and there are some straightforward ways to address it (without trying to sell me magic potions!) made me feel so much better. She takes her time to answer any questions i have from how to style my hair, product & hair tool recommendations etc. Not to mention it always feels like I get a hybrid hair & spa experience in one appointment. The environment is always so calm and i can truly relax during my service. The aromatherapy is a lovely touch and all the products Ellie uses smell SO GOOD! Will be coming here again & again!

Libby was so professional and had the same insights as my primary care doctor and more!!! I appreciated the holistic, personalized approach. She really dived deep into my questionnaire answers (she had even prepped before and had notes throughout to address my specific issues) and listened to my concerns and validated them. I walked away feeling so much better about my recent hair loss and empowered with practical things I can do to help take care of my scalp and hair so I can grow back healthy hair.
