Eyanna Brumfield Im so happy to have had great service!! The ladies here just took over the place in January. Its beautiful upgrades, skilled technicians, and so many colors to choose from leaves you feeling so pampered!! The prices are great as well!!

lanadelreyOG14 I was just walking around the area and I see this nail salon place and wanted to give it a try, when I walked in I was greeted by this really kind lady Helen, and she’s very talented, she did my nails really pretty just how I liked it. The interior inside of the salon isn’t really finished I’m guessing they opened early. Apparently they have like a 20% off deal for the grand opening for all services aswell, so I thought that was a really good deal, the prices were fair , I had a wonderful experience, definitely coming back

Hana N I’ve decided to give this salon a try and it was better then expected. this nail salon has a new owner now and like everything’s renovated, remodeled and brand new, its really neat , they still kept the old salon name. The workers here are very attentive artistic and talented.There are many options , many colors and patterns, when you come you will receive a wonderful experience coming here so i recommend you should come give this a try

Frank Mario Castellon Vivian provides excellent hair cut and shave. I drop by every 2 weeks. Walk in look like caveman and exit looking like James Bond. Doggie friendly. Highly recommend.

XY Peng Had an appointment with them on 10AM on ClassPass! But the store is closed. I waited for 15 mins but no one showed up! I called them three times but no one answered! Then I went to hair focus, which is super close. They are much cheaper but pro!

Thuy was very attentive and did an excellent job on my nails. She made sure I was comfortable and followed all COVID19 safety protocols, which I appreciated. My nails look great, I’ll be back!

Franik Williams As a 69 year old grandpa, my grandkids think I am coolest grandpa ever. Besides that it was the best experience I’ve had. Quality service and quality nail polish. I am also a swimmer and it lasted for three weeks before my nails grew out and needed them done again.

Nidhi S I went for pedicure and gel manicure today. Just before the appointment, I broke my toe nail in half. Hanna was super patient with me and worked her way around my broken toenail. We discussed in detail, what could we do best with that. She was really thoughtful and still painted my nails, without rushing. It took us more than an hour but she was very sincere about it. Overall great salon. This salon is spacious and felt better than rest of the counterparts in the area. It has a dedicated parking in the complex and situated next to El Camino tea, which is a great location. I would highly recommend this place.

Aeija Jones Before I share my experience, if you don’t personally mind leaving a salon bruised and bleeding, you might like it here. My advice to the nail technician ladies who work here is slow down, take your time and please be more gentle to any future customers. Thank you. My first impression here as a new customer is everyone is pretty friendly, average prices and convenient. I was referred by a family friend, who is no longer a loyal customer of 6 years. She later ended up having unpleasant experiences here. I’ve had a total of 3 appointments so far at this salon, my first 2 appointments were decent… even though during my gel manicure I was cut by the nail tech. She proceeded to continue until I mentioned I was bleeding which was obvious. She cleaned it up and finished. I still kept a positive attitude at this point because it seemed like a simple mistake. The cut was on my cuticle and happened from the electric drill filer. The pain lasted about a week. My last appointment recently was for a French acrylic manicure and gel pedicure. It was one lady doing my pedicure and one lady doing my manicure. They did both at the same time which was uncomfortable. The lady who did my manicure did good but she was very rough so it was a bit painful. The lady doing my pedicure is the reason I won’t be returning here ever again. She cut my toenails down to the nubs, before asking me if I was ok with the length. Other than that everything else was fine up until she starting cutting my toe cuticles. She cut a big piece of skin on the side of my toe and continued to work on it while itwas continuously bleeding… I asked her if it was going to be okay to work on. I really didn’t want to have to stop the whole process, I just wanted to make sure it wouldn’t get infected or later cause more pain. She cleaned it up and told me it was an ingrown nail, which was not there before I arrived. All in all, the pedicure is decent definitely not worth pain or price. My toe is now sore and bruised on my birthday weekend.

Pros: Attention to detail They have a variety of colors and polishes Beautiful artistry Cons: Edges of some of my nails started lifting within a couple of days and one nail lifted and cracked within a week. Minor cuts around cuticles I am disappointed that they didn’t last… They look great but disappointed that some of the edges started lifting within a couple of days and one cracked and lifted completely within a week. Update: The manager was very prompt in addressing my concerns. This place has excellent customer service and my tech is new so some learning curves expected.

Urvashi Goel Seemed rushed. Did a bad job at shaping my nails even though I called the guy out a couple of times and asked him to file them better but he didnt. I had asked for round nails but I got poorly filed nails that are distended. Honestly, I could have done a better job shaping my nails myself. They have a good nail paint selection though.

Tabitha Ibarra Went through first time and they did a great job got me in and out in bout 35-40 mins and I got the cat eye polish very pretty. The 2nd time a couple of my nails popped off the next day or within 3 days the most. Didnt bother filing away the lifted parts or replace. But they do have the mood polish to so kinda of a bummer

Naian Wu Ava has been doing my nails for the past 5 years, and my nails always look stunning! They use high-quality gel products, including my favorite cat-eye gels. They offer 5 or 6 different types of cat-eye gels, so there’s always a variety to choose from. During my most recent visit, I tried their newest cat-eye gel with Christmas-themed design, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’ve already received so many compliments! What I really appreciate is how they continuously upgrade equipment to enhance the customer experience. It’s clear they care about providing the best service possible. Highly recommend Ava and their incredible nail art skills!

Vicky Chen Ava’s has been my go-to for years! Her and her team are amazing artists and super friendly. They’re always happy to help me with my design ideas and explain why certain designs from Instagram might not work in real life. They use high-quality gel and are always up-to-date with their techniques. I always leave feeling happy and satisfied. Yuki is an absolute lash extension pro! She works super fast, but she’s also super gentle during the whole process. She’s great at communicating and always listens to my preferences. I highly recommend her! anshika gupta I recently visited this place and I can honestly say it was one of the worst pedicure experiences Ive ever had. Its hard to find anything positive to say about this place. The staffs lack of professionalism was also painfully evident. They seemed to be in a hurry, and didnt give proper info on phone. They told me that they do nail art when I called them but midway in the pedicure they said that they didnt do nail art and gave me bunch of colors to choose from. To make it worse, the prices were unjustifiably high for the poor quality of service I received. I chose a pedicure that was $40 and when the final bill came, they charged $15 extra for gel paint. While, choosing the color I was not given the complete info of the types of nail paints and the extra charges. I left feeling completely dissatisfied and regretful of my decision to give this place a try. I strongly advise anyone seeking a quality nail spa experience to stay away from this place. There are many other options out there that offer superior service and professionalism. Save yourself the disappointment and look elsewhere for your nail care needs.

Isabella Jay This is my second time with Kriss! She is so nice and very professional. I was looking for a Russian manicure and I love how my nails come out every time. There is so much attention to detail and she took care with the scab I had on my thumb from cutting myself. She is fast and does quality work, it’s worth every penny! I also told her I play piano so she made sure I was comfortable with the length as well. Thank you!

Le Beave I was looking for a 5 Star professional clean nail salon and found Beautizen. I’ve been in the Bay Area for years and this nail salon is like no other. I rate them at the top and the experience I had was the best I’ve had in years. Both Kristina and Anastasia paid attention to every detail which made me feel special. Erin gomes I went for my first visit and met with Natalia for acrylgel extensions and also got a pedicure (I don’t know her name I’m so sorry) they were both wonderful. Natalia got me in at 7am!!!! That fits so perfectly for my schedule. Everything was perfect. I’m so happy. I wont have to go back for a while but I’m so excited to. I think I’ll go back in 3 weeks just because I’ll want to change it up. Thank you so much. Xxoo

Jewel Hediger I went to nail galleria to get my nails done for a wedding. I went in with the intention of getting a mani and pedi with normal nail polish, totaling $55 before tip. The owner agreed but then pushed me to get gel for both my hands and toes, since it seemed she would not accept me getting normal nail polish. This brought my cost to $85 before tip. Then, the next day, my nail polish on my hands started to peel off. Within 24 hours, I had lost all of my gel nail polish on my hands. I called to explain the situation and politely asked for a refund for my manicure. She refused to give a refund but told me I could come back and they would fix it for me. When I went back, they ended up giving me a shorter manicure treatment and painted my nails with normal nail polish. I thought this was “the refund”, but then, once it was done, they said I had to pay $20 again for this treatment. $20 is the normal amount they charge for manicures. They gave me no refund or even a discount for the poor service they provided originally. While the workers were nice, the entire time, I felt the owner was trying to get more money out of me. I ended up paying $105 plus tip, instead of $55 plus tip, even though it caused me much more trouble. This place is a rip off.

Vira Hora I was passing by San Francisco and was staying at Sunnyvale. My hotel recommended me to come to Nail Galleria to get my Mani Padi and I was so so so happy i decided to do that. The place is amazing. And what makes it even better are the lovely ladies who took care of me. Ms. MAI and Ms. HANNAH. They are both so professional and caring. I needed Gel Mani, Gel Padi and my eyebrows done. And between the two of them, I felt like a princess. I would happily recommend this place to anyone who is passing by at Sunnyvale. MAI and HANNAH, thank you so much for doing an amazing job. I would recommend people asking for either of them. They are a true Gem to this place. Till I return back!

Sheyenne Dangerfield My cousin and I came here to get our nails done and everyone was great. I had my gel-x mani and gel pedicure done by Hana and Hunjjy, and they were both super detailed oriented and sweet. Another tech, Bella, also came around and made sure I had water. Everyone was super friendly and inviting, and Boba, the pup is a cutie!

Dylan G I got my nails done here yesterday and i asked for a new set. the nail tech told me no and said i only needed a fill. i asked again a few more times and she said it would take too long. less than 24 hours later my nail broke, i have a desk job. i am not heavy handed. 2 more nails are about to break. Nail techs cut me both on my pedicure and manicure fill i spent over $130.

Tea Sites Been going to Helen for 4 years now!! She used to work at another location in Sunnyvale and she opened up her own store finally! She’s really good with nail design requests and is super precise with her work. Nina, Daniel and Andy are also amazing and highly recommend!! :)
