1 /5 anshika gupta: I recently visited this place and I can honestly say it was one of the worst pedicure experiences Ive ever had. Its hard to find anything positive to say about this place. The staffs lack of professionalism was also painfully evident. They seemed to be in a hurry, and didnt give proper info on phone. They told me that they do nail art when I called them but midway in the pedicure they said that they didnt do nail art and gave me bunch of colors to choose from. To make it worse, the prices were unjustifiably high for the poor quality of service I received. I chose a pedicure that was $40 and when the final bill came, they charged $15 extra for gel paint. While, choosing the color I was not given the complete info of the types of nail paints and the extra charges. I left feeling completely dissatisfied and regretful of my decision to give this place a try. I strongly advise anyone seeking a quality nail spa experience to stay away from this place. There are many other options out there that offer superior service and professionalism. Save yourself the disappointment and look elsewhere for your nail care needs.

5 /5 J M: I really like this place so far. This is my second time being at this nail salon. I seem to always come by during non crowded times which is what I like. When I arrived, they seated me right away and also gave me complimentary coffee Frappuccino, water and chips! I was already amazed at that. Then I requested to do the citrus lavender pedicure and also a manicure. I had acrylic nails on so I asked for them to remove it and do a manicure but the nice lady told me to try dip powder because it’s better for my nails after removing artificial nails. This is was first time trying dip powder and I love it!! It looks so good it’s way better than your basic gel manicure without all that extra artificial stuff. I am very satisfied with the customer service and attention to detail. My toes look so good and my nails! It did not feel rushed at all like most nail salons I go too. They took their time and really made me felt relaxed. I’ll be back soon! I highly recommend this nail salon!
