5 /5 Lauren Orozco: Came here for the first time today for a gel pedicure and gel manicure. Prices are a big higher than I’m used to but honestly worth it. The experience was great! Not rushed at all, they really paid attention to detail and gave me an amazing massage for both services. My new go-to place for sure! Very friendly. Thank you Instant Nails!

4 /5 Jamie Holwerda: This is really a sweet little nail shop that does excellent work. Im new to Chico, and have been twice, but wont return due to the add-on fees that make pretty basic services outrageously expensive. My most recent trip was for a gel mani. Their pricing works like this: $5 gel removal fee (for the gel polish they put on me at my last appt) + $35 manicure + $15 up-charge for new gel. Im sorry, but $55 is insane for a gel mani. I got $35 gel manis every two weeks when I lived in Sacramento (at a very nice shop in Fair Oaks). $55 is acrylic fill territory! This is a nice shop, with nice people, that does nice work. Their price structure is prohibitive, though.

5 /5 Tina Hanson: Best nail place I’ve tried in Chico. Consistently clean, friendly and thorough. A little bit more expensive than some other places but you get what you pay for and more. It’s been my go to place for years now and every time I have to go somewhere else due to travel or scheduling I regret it and can’t wait for my next appointment here.

5 /5 E Newt: Went for the first time today for a basic spa pedicure, and it was by far the best pedicure I’ve ever gotten! The lady I had was so nice, gentle, and did a very good job. She massaged my legs for probably 30-40 minutes and it was amazing! The salon is the cleanest I’ve ever been to, and there’s no feeling of being rushed at all. They commit to taking care of you during your time, and I never once felt like they were trying to hurry so they could go to the next person. The massage chairs are also the most amazing ones I’ve ever experienced at a salon! It has a much cozier feel that your typical nail salon, and the quality and cleanliness of their equipment and polish was impressive. Not a single thing to complain about after my experience! And my toes look great! If I could give them a higher rating I would!

2 /5 Sally Latham: Best and longest moisturizing leg massage included in pedicure.. LOVED IT.. VERY Poor tip, dip, gel nail manicure. Got no dip, no moisturize or hand massage and nails are lumpy. It was my first experience getting tips so was very disappointed and yet paid full price. respond to their comment. Nothing they said is true. They did not explain or ask those questions. They did not ask if I was happy before I left. They did charge me full price. I have taken away one star because they are not truthful
