3 /5 Zury Cibrian: Got my nails done for my bday weekend at this place for the first time, classic white both mani and pedi gel, you cant mess that up its a plain color. I feel like the guy could of done a better job, its monday and my nails have some type of hazy brown film on them, that should NOT be happening. He seemed like he was in a hurry even though there were only 3 ppl in there, it was a saturday morning. This is what bothers me, for $80 bucks including tip, why do i feel like you want to be done with me and push me out. Im a customer that came to pamper mysef not to be rushed. I will not be coming back. I am still trying to find a nail place that I can feel relaxed, so far in chico I have not found it. Please send me a msg if you have any recommendations.

1 /5 Brianna Waybright: WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Unsanitary tools!!! If I could give this salon a 0 star review, I would in a heart beat! My moms friend went there for a pedicure two weeks before my mom did about three months ago. Eventually, my moms friend felt like she had an ingrown toe nail. A couple weeks later, my mom felt the same way, she chipped at the nail polish and found her big toe nail BLACK! Turns out her friend experienced the same thing!! They both got a fungus infection in their big toe. My moms other toe felt weird and she fortunately caught that one early and is now treating it, but her other toe nail is completely dead and chipping away from this infection she caught at the salon! If you decide to go there, be sure to DEMAND they clean their tools AND hands before touching you! What happened to my mom and her friend is absolutely horrible and should never happen to anyone getting a pedicure! We pay them good money to take care of us and for them to not clean their tools correctly, if not at all, is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!

1 /5 Teena Budd: Went in for a basic manicure and the gal didnt clean my nails, soak them, give me a message or even put on finishing oil. Done in 10mins. I had to ask for the oil. Staff is rude and doesnt care about keeping clients long term. That was 10 days ago, now I have an infection on one nail bed. Save yourself and go anywhere besides here.
