She also helped me navigate the store for different sizes for my online buys. I’ve always had an excellent experience at this location, the staff are rockstars at customer service.

2 /5 Sara Burns Fobian: Eeeek, I appreciate that many businesses are short staffed; however, customer service is still important. I’ve been shopping at Loft forever and have never had such a negative experience. Rude and unhelpful store associates. Two stars purely because the store seemed well maintained and organized.

2 /5 Mary Beth Vogel: Horrible service. II stopped in to see if I could find a new outfit. First the employees were chatting, that didnt bother me. Then two walked in front of me cutting me off and not acknowledging me at all. After looking around for about 5 minutes with no greeting whatsoever, I left. There are plenty of places to shop. Too bad, I like Loft and have never had a bad experience in any other Loft stores.
