She makes time to accommodate me even if it’s on short notice. I have gotten both haircuts and blowouts by her. She’s very patient & thorough with washing, blow-drying, or cutting my hair ensuring that they last a long time. She also uses heat protectant generously which I appreciate!
This time I got another blowout. Her skill is evident in the results.
Jeline Buron: I always had a great experience with Lenna. It’s difficult to find a lash tech that does natural but full lashes, so I’m glad I found her! She also does M/L shaped lashes which is rare. Even though she’s super quick, she makes sure her work is of great quality and I leave satisfied. I also get so many compliments and ppl usually assume they’re my real lashes! Would definitely return and I always appreciate the coffee after lashes!
Richa Chadha: I liked the facility. Seemed clean and hygienic. Eliana gave me a luxury glow facial. Her service was good. I would have liked the face massage a little longer but overall my skin felt clearer and relaxed. I was disappointed because as promised on the website, the salon didn’t have the 24k gold mask. However, upon complaining, the owner was sweet and i’ll go back in 6-8 weeks to try again.
Edit: Hi Elisha, I saw your reply and wanted to clarify—I purchased the Luxury Glow Facial and not European. If Groupon bookings mean a reduced experience, it might be worth reconsidering offering it. Eliana was warm and skilled, but part of my massage time was cut short (5–6 mins) when she had to assist another client. While the facial ended on time, it felt a bit rushed. I didn’t mention this earlier because I appreciated her effort, but I believe in giving honest, constructive feedback. I’d still love to return—I liked your warm response earlier when I reached out!
Lizz Togiai: Went in to get a hair cut. The older lady looked like she was just in a rush. I asked her to just refresh my layers. She botched it. She cut my hair more than I asked for and it was uneven. I have random gaps between how my hair looks.
