1 /5 Janice DeLoza: My original appointment was with Dr. Minassi. The receptionists gave me the wrong directions to the clinic the day before my appointment. I drove to 3 different locations. At the third location I was finally given correct information, the receptionist contacted Minassis office and was told that I was still ok for my appointment. Upon arriving, now 10 minutes late, was told that Minassi did not have time for me because I was late. I was a new OB patient and had already waited months to be seen. After some back and forth, was given an appointment with Melissa Santillana. From the get go, Santillana did not make me feel as if she understood or wanted to understand. She minimized my pain and didnt take me serious. She went as far as to tell me I was not a good candidate for a specific treatment. I pushed for a consult and after meeting, Dr. Talk stated there was no reason for me not to able to have this procedure. A little after a month since my appointment with Santillana, I was having extreme pain and left a message with receptionists because I needed answers. Never received a call back. I called back the next morning and in her notes for me, Santillana brushed me completely off and stated I should contact Dr Talk for further attention. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with any medical professionals.
