4 /5 Cynthia Figueroa: I’m only leaving 4 stars because Dr Cabaluna is amazing with my daughter. However, the medical assistants up front are HORRIBLE! Bad customer service, never make eye contact with you, and just rude! Today I took my daughter and I needed an address for a prescription I was given. I called the office at 4:15 I didn’t get an answer and was sent to the operator that just said the office is closed, mind you they close at 5 and I was in Visalia because I really needed the medication for my daughter. I had to drive back to Hanford and make it before 5 so I can be given a simple address they were suppose to give me over the phone, I called 10 times before I had to go back to Hanford! When I got there again, I was not greeted or looked at. I asked why were the phones off if they close at 5 and they did not respond and ignored the question. I was asked in a rude way what do I need. She did not want to go back and ask the doctor for the information I needed until I got a little loud with her. I’m so over the front desk medical assistants. Adventist, do better. This is a children’s clinic, our children need to feel safe and welcomed as soon as we walk in that door. You definitely need more well trained, nicer, bubbly and happy receptionist!!!
