Urgent Care of Hanford - Hanford (CA)

1 /5 A S: I recently brought my son here and was treated so horrible. They skipped us and called people ahead of us who had clearly arrived after us . I asked the receptionist if there was any reason why we were skipped and she said, “it’s crazy right now and everyone is doing everything right now but your next” . A short time later the receptionist called me up to the counter and only stated in a rude manner “ $35!” When we were finally called back after another 10 minutes passed by, I could hear the receptionist and the Medical Assistant in the front bad mouthing about me. The MA then came into the room very rude and told my son to open his mouth and basically stabbed my son’s tonsils with swab and walked out of the room without saying a single word . I could not believe the level of unprofessionalism and lack of empty these two staff members showed for their patients. Will not be coming here again!

1 /5 Adrian Urrutia: I haven’t been serviced by them so I will only speak about the receptionist who answered the phone. I called in asking if they accepted Medical as a valid form of insurance and the lady said, “honey, unfortunately with that you will not be able to be seen at any good hospital but hope you make it, byeeeee.” You could even hear the sarcasm and laughter on her voice. This is definitely not professional at all coming from a medical facility, especially when you are in an emergency.

1 /5 ሚካኤል: The older nurse practitioner that works on Fridays was very rude. She told me not to come on Fridays anymore because she works on Fridays. Will not visit anymore!

5 /5 B N: This urgent care has the best staff! Always pleasant and professional at the window. Out the back, the staff Ive seen here are knowledgeable, caring and treat properly.

1 /5 Julieta Camargo: My husband had pneumonia and they told him he had cold send him home with no medication he got worse we went back and they diagnosed pneumonia the service here is terrible is not our first bad experience with them I am going to other urgent care never to this one.
