5 /5 Sylvia Ayala: Believe me, the only reason I’m giving five star is because of Dr. Eric Sorensen. The receptionist that I talk to on the phone was rude she thought she knew everything I just don’t understand why they have to be so rude to people and then when I called back to talk to the manager then I was scheduled for an appointment. Dr. Sorensen is wonderful I will always go back to him.

1 /5 Carly Bowers: I signed my child for getting help here and the therapist assigned to lacks the ability to be completely transparent with me and when she decided it was appropriate to ask for my child to be put on a 72 hour hold based on a picture and her misconstrued judgement about myself and refused to give me the respect of looking me in the face and getting to hear my perspective or allowing me to attempt to help him out. This therapist doesnt effectively communicate with me therefore I dont want her around my child;

1 /5 Stella Vargas: Initially, I was explaining the Health form to the provider Alex Herrera at which he told me "We dont just give out signatures here, and apparently youve been denied" I gave the provider a bewildered look and explained that the form in question is the assessment. At which time he stood up and told me "leave go elsewhere". Mind you after Ive been in the waiting room since 0800 hrs., went to the nearest ATM and withdrew cash, and returned to the office. Im grateful I got my money back. POOR BEDSIDE MANNER.
