1 /5 Dee Life: That whole check-in process is ridiculous! All the unnecessary chit chat before and after each step of the process is ridiculous! They are always so packed and the helpers at each step take their time clicking here and clicking there on their computer. The only urgency I heard was Gail in labs scolding everyone to go to lunch bc she gets off at 1:30p. I sat there from start to finish 2.5 hrs RIDICULOUS. All I did was register for surgery. The actual X-ray took less than 10 min, the labs took a while 30min, (Gail going around asking who took lunch) the ekg itself took about 5min. I sat and waited before each Step, the longest was when I first walked in waited 50 min then waited. The conversations in each stop in lobby areas were about how long someone is/has or had waited Please palvillon firgure out a better system the one you have sucks.
