Rapid Care: Adventist Health Physicians Network - Angels Camp (CA)

5 /5 Stefanie Turner: I’m a Kaiser pt but was not able to get an appointment when needed so I went to the Angels Camp location. The staff there were all very attentive, caring, and took great care of me with efficiency and empathy. My Kaiser doctor called the following day and was able to see the care I received there which I appreciated the digital communication/access as well. It makes me feel good knowing that my family has access to great care a little closer to home when needed.

5 /5 Kim Rainier: I am so grateful for the professional and compassionate healthcare that I received on my recent visit. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt cared for. The receptionist saw the urgent need that I had, and notified the medical staff immediately. They took me in very shortly after + provided a level of care that I expect from an emergency room. They didnt skip a beat and provided me with a comprehensive exam to rule out anything that would cause my breathing difficulties. The doctor and nursing staff were very knowledgeable and explained every procedure, and every medicine, that they provided me. My family and I are very grateful for the Adventist health rapid Care facility.

1 /5 Jeff Tatum: Overall terrible experience. General staff was fine, but the doctor was arrogant and condescending. She did not listen to my concerns or adequately address questions and clearly was in a rush to get on to other things, even though the office was not that busy.

2 /5 Paul: The staff was great. The doctor was very knowledgeable, but I asked her for a note to give to my supervisor after being off for 3 days but she told me that she would not do that for me. My job requires one, so now I will be expecting a warning letter.

1 /5 Paul Bloom: The staff and front desk is very courteous and efficient. The doctor is rude and arrogant. He acted like I was wasting his time. No follow up questions when I explained my symptoms. Didn’t ask what medications currently take or supplements. I would have thought that would be important since it could be causing my symptoms. He was more concerned with getting me out of there and telling my I should have seen someone else and also telling me 2 times “look around, do you see diagnostic equipment here?? I don’t have any.” It would do him some good to remember people don’t get a doctor’s appointment because they’re having a good day. They go there to get help Hard to believe we pay for healthcare like that
