1 /5 Emily Phillips: My experience with Adventist Health has been extremely disappointing. It seems there is a significant gap in patient care and responsiveness within this organization.
I have reached out to their Risk Management team multiple times over an incident of negligence that occurred with one of their providers, this includes over ten phone calls and three emails, yet I have not received any response. This lack of communication raises concerns about the level of attention and care provided to patients, who deserve more than simply being treated as another insurance claim.
It’s unfortunate that the community does not have more reliable access to high-quality, compassionate healthcare services.
It’s surprising that there seems to be ample time for monitoring reviews, yet follow-up on calls and emails remains unaddressed.
