1 /5 Jesse Castillo: Very unprofessional place to make the patients driver wait hours at the office. Like yall cant call us when the patient is ready to be picked up?? Like why do we have to wait here? Are they going to feed me waiting for 4 hours? Are they going to make me hold the patients hand while being operated on?? So stupid. THANKS FOR NO HEADS UP ON HAVING TO WAIT HOURS. Wish I knew to be prepared!!!!

1 /5 E Bray: Unprofessional !!so annoying Nurses just sit and talk while patients wait forever got here at 10 am and its 11:18 and still no update just told wait In the waiting room while nurses all stand together talking about the lotto, lunch , about there garden , how the patients labels are wrong the nurse said " I dont even look at the labels I just print them "ummm shouldnt you verify if theyre correct matching the right patient . .worse place ever to come I do not recommend ! Least they can do is greet you and give updates on why theyre taking so long I asked how much longer they said 45 min . They should schedule appointments accordingly .

Any nurse I came across during my visit was so sweet and respectful and very good at their job. I went into spontaneous labor two weeks early in the middle of the night and had to arrive by ambulance. It was very intense and very fast so I appreciate the hospital and its staff for delivering my healthy baby girl. Thank you

Lauren Eck: The staff and doctor are wonderful! I have had to get myself as well as several of my children tested over the last few months. Every time we have been given attention and respect. Their system is well organized and the line moves quickly. The doctor even makes his rounds while you are in line and asks everyone how they are doing. The personal touch is so nice and really put me and my children at ease.

Rosalind Wong: Dr. Cabaluna was the in-hospital pediatrician after I delivered my son. After she saw him, she kept telling my husband and me something was off but would not answer any of our questions or elaborate, only stating she was going to try to transfer him to Valley Childrens. We were very discontent with her lack of communication that my doctor and the nurses in the hospital told us we could ask for another pediatrician. After we did so, she would not release us to another pediatrician while we were still in the hospital. When we were allowed to go home from the hospital, she even insisted on the hospital keeping our son to try and get him transferred even though Valley Childrens didnt have room in their facility due to all the RSV patients at the time. While we looked for another pediatrician, we saw her two more times. She still insisted something was wrong with my son but again didnt tell us why and basically said well have to wait to get into Valley Childrens. She did say our son had an odd shaped head and she was referring him to get helmet therapy. We ended up seeing another pediatrician shortly after our second visit which the new pediatrician immediately sent us to get X-rays at Hanford Advanced Imaging as she suspected craniosynostosis, which was the correct diagnosis. She got us into Valley Childrens within a month and he had skull surgery at four months old. If we didnt get this resolved sooner, our child could have had serious complications in the future. If your child needs more medical attention like mine, I would run far away from this doctor.

Bill Peters: I was under the care of Alarise Clay and Kendra Jerrill. I was referred to Oncology by Ms. Clay for treatment of prostate cancer and needed clearance from PCP to have anesthesia. Ms. Clay was absent so I saw a doctor on call. He was reluctant to give me the go ahead because he said I had a chronic heart problem. I was never told that by anyone else! He said I had had 3 abnormal ekg s already plus the one he did was the 4th making it chronic, The previous ones were at the hospital. I was confused because I always went for follow up with pcp after being discharged from the ER. Alarice wanted to spend the time telling my wife and I all about her new baby boy named Orin. So we got to see how he was doing instead of discussing my ER visit and the findings. Not one word was mentioned about anything wrong on an ekg! I was almost limited on options for cancer treatment!! This was such an obvious oversight! I don’t understand why she’s still able to practice!!

David Miller: Going to the hospital is never a "fun" experience, but the people here make the place feel as much like family as one could image. These people are warm and compassionate to patients and to visitors. They do not have the facilities to handle some more complex issue, but it is wonderful to have someone close by when the need ariseses. If they cant deal with the issue, they can quickly get you to a place that can.
