Herminia Fong: Great service from the entire staff. The office is a very nice place to visit. Soft music and a selection of teas and fruit makes the visit even nicer.
Lizbeth Plascencia: I do not recommend this Doctor’s office if you want your significant other to be by your side during the visit. First of all, I was never told that I had to attend my appointment by myself. When my husband and I arrive to the appointment, the first thing I was told was that nobody was allowed to enter with me to my ultrasound exam. My husband and I work as technologists and we know we have the right to bring a family member if the patient’s desires to. I honestly felt uncomfortable entering by myself and front desk did not show any empathy towards that. I was told if my husband did not step out of the office (building) they would not checked me in. I’m truly in shock as this sounds to me so unprofessional. Obviously we both decided to cancel the appointment and be seen by another Doctor. They still have the audacity to call me and say that if I ever decide to go back, they would not be allowed to take me in. Of course if you have common sense I would never go back to this Doctor. You make the rules, but I don’t necessarily have to follow them, especially if you’re not the only doctor in the world.
Kugel Family: I have an HMO and he is my assigned dr. I like him but I can NEVER EVER call in and get an appointment for my sick child. The office is always booked with wellness checks. They ALWAYS refer me to urgent care! Why THE HECK do I have a pediatrician???? I see the urgent care physicians more than I see my pediatrician. This is WRONG!!!!
Alma Herrera: Great staff, well prepared, quick solutions to my questions, very good atention from Sampat Unnati MD! This is the best team of medical staff I have been around in a long time. I would like to have them around if I ever get sick again. Dr. Sampat Unnatti has been very busy but still takes care and takes the time to make me feel like If I am the only patient there.
