Gagan Kaur: Cute salon, everyone is friendly, maybe I went on a packed day but my stylist had food delivered and was hungry so wouldn’t go back and cut my hair shorter even after requesting it a few times. I wanted a lot more shorter layers. Still decent and I felt bad she was hungry, offered to wait but it was a fine haircuts nothing memorable. Go either before lunch or later way after lunch so stylist isn’t hungry!
Aira Gabriella: DO NOT GO HERE. I am not one to leave reviews, specially bad ones but I need to warn others. One of their hairdressers, (slightly brown-straight haired Spanish speaking lady), does not know what she is doing. We showed her a picture of what we want to look like and she perfectly ruined it. Waited years to grow hair and she cut it like a kid playing with scissors. Bangs were cut without any direction we can’t even salvage it. There were also part of the bangs that were too short or too long. It wasn’t consistent to say the least. Will definitely not go back.
To the owner, please make sure you train your people. Because you can’t grow hair in a second after your employee ruined it. It greatly affected one’s self confidence. People I know who saw my haircut laughed or winced at how bad looking my hair is after going to your salon.

Philip McCabe: Lynn cut my hair for almost the entire time I was in Hayward and I’d even drive from San Leandro or swing by after work when I needed a quick cut. She and her husband are always friendly, efficient, and do a wonderful job. I don’t think I ever waited more than 15-20 minutes as a walk in every time.
Beverly Davis: I had a fabulous hair experience today with Madison. I will definitely return monthly for hair maintenance. My hair feels good and looks so healthy. The salon vibe is friendly and pleasant. Thank you Madison for a super cut and style.
Julia Barrios: Great customer service. By appointment only. Sandra always does an awesome job good price for a cut $25 for women $20 for men my husband and son only come to her as well as myself. Always quick and makes my hair look like new.
Syd B: I was a faithful customer for a couple years and I felt Laura did an overall good job in the first year. There were only a couple times when my hair did look flat or not the pic I shared with her but for the most part she was pleasant until the last three times I had appointments. I finally decided I cannot go back especially when she at times switches the times of appointment or doesn’t return phone calls. What I didn’t appreciate the most was the fact that although I always booked with her particularly, she didn’t communicate that an inexperienced apprentice would do my hair instead of her while I paid the full price for an experienced professional (her) just so she could save time and profit more. Not acceptable. No communication. No courtesy. So the apprentice cut too much and didn’t speak or understand English. Not helpful. This is unprofessional. If I wanted a novice i would go to Supercuts and pay a third. Laura didn’t seem to understand why I preferred her. It’s not rocket science. Getting a haircut for me is a luxury. I only do it every 3-4 months. I don’t want someone botching it up. It’s so silly to do the aforementioned. Unprofessional. I thought Laura was different but she’s not. I prefer someone who actually is conscientious and someone of their word. A customer should be appreciated and treated well. That’s how u succeed. Money isn’t everything.
Cynthia Ramirez: They burned my hair I asked for highlights they gave me something else and my hair was red I didn’t ask for my hair to be red my head was burnt they cut my hair so short it took me 3 years to let my hair grow I do not recommend this place it was the worst experience
