1 /5 Aira Gabriella: DO NOT GO HERE. I am not one to leave reviews, specially bad ones but I need to warn others. One of their hairdressers, (slightly brown-straight haired Spanish speaking lady), does not know what she is doing. We showed her a picture of what we want to look like and she perfectly ruined it. Waited years to grow hair and she cut it like a kid playing with scissors. Bangs were cut without any direction we can’t even salvage it. There were also part of the bangs that were too short or too long. It wasn’t consistent to say the least. Will definitely not go back. To the owner, please make sure you train your people. Because you can’t grow hair in a second after your employee ruined it. It greatly affected one’s self confidence. People I know who saw my haircut laughed or winced at how bad looking my hair is after going to your salon. Pictures of what she had done. Screenshot from TikTok was the picture we showed her that we want. My hair before Yoly’s hairdresser cut it (the one where I was wearing brown with emoji).

Syd B: I was a faithful customer for a couple years and I felt Laura did an overall good job in the first year. There were only a couple times when my hair did look flat or not the pic I shared with her but for the most part she was pleasant until the last three times I had appointments. I finally decided I cannot go back especially when she at times switches the times of appointment or doesn’t return phone calls. What I didn’t appreciate the most was the fact that although I always booked with her particularly, she didn’t communicate that an inexperienced apprentice would do my hair instead of her while I paid the full price for an experienced professional (her) just so she could save time and profit more. Not acceptable. No communication. No courtesy. So the apprentice cut too much and didn’t speak or understand English. Not helpful. This is unprofessional. If I wanted a novice i would go to Supercuts and pay a third. Laura didn’t seem to understand why I preferred her. It’s not rocket science. Getting a haircut for me is a luxury. I only do it every 3-4 months. I don’t want someone botching it up. It’s so silly to do the aforementioned. Unprofessional. I thought Laura was different but she’s not. I prefer someone who actually is conscientious and someone of their word. A customer should be appreciated and treated well. That’s how u succeed. Money isn’t everything.

Ari: I came in to get my hair colored a light brunette and an extra fee to straighten my hair. After drying my hair, I noticed it was 3 different shades. Horrible work. (The woman doing my hair was also coloring her own hair in the salon at the same time. I had to continuously remind her when it was time to wash my hair out. Very unprofessional). I agreed to come back the following week for a color correction. I was told to wash my hair as soon as I got home and to wash several times before coming back. I come the next week and had to get a dark brunette, almost black to cover the 3 colors. She wanted me to pay again for a straightening service after asking me to wash my hair out the week prior. I refused to pay for a service I already paid for and she rudely tried to kick me out.

Reynaldo Nunez: Been going here for 30 years, the staff is suoer attentive, and my own child loves the care here. Would recommend 100/10 and has many options besides just hair cutting. Layering, shampoo and conditioner care, consulting. Its too good to pass up for its price.

Joan Falleiro: Review is for fixing my nail only. I called many places and was told they are all busy. The person I spoke to could fit me in right a way to fix one broken, natural nail that was tearing halfway down. Unfortunately, this happens to me often because that one nail is thin. I’ve been to many places and they use the glue, the salt, tape, and the dip. The person that did my nail made the dip look very natural. It doesn’t look like the cleanest of places, but she did a great job.
